Hello house... My return key is no longer responding smartly like before.... Sometimes it won't respond at all I have to trying over and again... While ocasionaly it works just fine... What could be the issue? Pls help.

look for a charger of 1.8a or 2.0 go to any GSM center it depends on where u reside.....

The price varies.. In Abuja it's going for 13k.... It's better u do it there considering the risk of sending it from lagos down.....

It is possible you Were having a nitification while charging the phone.in that case the phone will be blinking with green colour.

Welcome to India where they have good network so they don't bother about 2G/3G Your only solution is to use MTK engineering to put it on 3G permanently which is what I did.

Open MTK Engineering mode app then goto Android settings then Phone Information then from select preferred network type, just change it to WCDMA only.

i have the option of 3G only on mine from day one... So which ROM am i using?

I noticed when my phone is dropped facing up without contact with my hand or body the screen touch will become inactive... Meaning it wont respond... Any way out? Is any body experiencing the same?

i advice u report to ur point of purchase and complain since its under warranty period.... But make sure u dont temper with the phone. If they refused to attend to u, try and locate consumer protection council office in vi lagos and lodge ur complaint. Or call me 08136656566 i work for cpc but am in minna office. Be sure that the phone has warranty.

Something strange happened to my phone... There was an option for changing font but after i did a factory reset as a result of incompatible application i recieved from an infinix phone, the option disapeared....is there anyway i can recover it?

I also experience this and I found out its network. The download will pause due to network glitches and may not pick up on its own. So what I do is to go airplane mode and switch back on the network and the downloading will pick up from where it stops. Are you using glo?

yes am using glo.... I often disconect data then reconect to make it pick up again. Thanks.

A picture of the problem should paint a clearer response.

But I'll jst go ahead and point out one or two things that could be the cause.
-Slow/No Internet Connection
-Even Slower Internet Connection(happens when your apps are competing for the best Internet speed.. Youtube+Playstore on 2G/3G=Disaster/Not Good)

I sincerely appreciate the house for prompt response to my previous issue.......once more i still noticed a problem. While downloading or updating app from store, at interval i usually notice pause which temporary stops the downloading. What can i do?

cos you're still using Normal mode as your Power management. Put it in None and it will stop closing by it self.
