Reason why I detest SCB now is because of their poor customer service. Annoying lots bro. Do you know I sent a mail to complain about a service since 1st June, 2020 and they are yet to reply. I even sent a reminder 3 days after, they didn't reply. On complaining to them on Twitter, they said I should sent a mail to them, forgetting that I already did. Na so I tell dem say, both the first mail and reminder mail wey I send, dem no reply till now. They asked for my email to cross-check, and that they'll get back to me within 2 business days. Their 2 business days never reach till now. I just hate poor customer service. Na correct customer service be the first thing wey I dey always look out for in any service that I want to make use of.

It is not terrible it is SIM selective. On my device the two Sims activated but the moment I removed one SIM the new SIM I started using have not been able to send the message for Find my device and it is the same Airtel. FYI the previous Airtel fldid it once without issue

I will still rather go with established brands like Samsung, apple, Huawei than use my money to by any xiaomi bullshit. Something about xiaomi and it's rivals like Tecno and infinix is that they put too much ice and hype their specs. Won't be surprised if this your Kirin chipset is better than the latest snapdragon bullshit their beloved xiaomi has to offer. It's in brands like xiaomi you will see a 40MP camera that isn't even as good as an apples 12MP camera. And as for the resolution you talked about, it's so true. 1080x2090 in a Samsung no be mate of 1080x2090 in Tecno, xiaomi, infinix etc.
