Guys is this presentable as Medical Certificate of Fitness, this is what I was given when I went to Garki Hospital despite carrying out all the necessary test?

I think it's okay sha although most people's own contain results of test taken. But I believe it would be accepted.

I think it's possible, cos during Nysc sensitization programme in my school the woman answered a question like that. I can't clearly remember please don't quote me on this, I think you just av to print your call-up letter during stream 1 n print again during stream 2, I know ur call-up no wouldn't change but I dunno about state of deployment. U can call one of those NysC helpline for more info or better still contact your state secretariat.

It means camping starts that day but I think Wednesday dat is 24th would be the last day anyone would be allowed in2 d orientation camp, so you av until Wednesday to be in camp. Just get urself ready and be prepared.

To everyone in Lagos within Oshodi - isolo axis, u can do your medical fitness certificate @ Oshodi primary health center. When you get to Oshodi market ask 4 directions.
HIV Test: Free
Hepatitis test : 800
Medical Fitness certificate : 2500
You'll be given letter headed paper for you to go and type and print your details that might cost you roughly 250 for both typing and photocopy. So that's a total of N3550. I just did my certificate there right now.
It's compulsory to do both HIV and Hepatitis test.

Take a break and try again. If it still doesn't work try with your phone early morning say around 2 or 3 am it'll definitely work. Or just try it during daytime 7 - 10am. Hope this helps.

I think Nysc would give us cap, I'll advice you stick to anything NYSC gives to you or ask you to do, it's just 21 days after that you'll be able to do anything you want. I'm just saying.

I started the reg on the first day but finished on the second day though, but I no fit wait for stream 2 cos if you know the rate at which house done tire me, you self go pity me, as in I just have to go somewhere, I got the text message from nysc sha, so may be stream 1 done dey sure for me small small.
