Just trying to inform you that I would be coming on to the site a little bit late today,as i intend to see my caretaker (he served me a Quit Notice yesterday,via his secretary), and also,i just got a message(1:13am) from my creditors,informing me of the consequences of not making a payment before 12noon today.

I intend to visit them as well,to plead for a little more time,as i wouldn't want them to come cart away the few items i have as properties, and also cause a huge embarrassment at the same time.

my advice for you is to do menial job. sometime this menial paying NGN2,500/5,000 per day when aggregate them for a month gives around NGN60,00/N120,000 per month which is average pay for most white collar job.

the fact is that u need to have savings culture whenever u are doing this menial job. Like during my school days, i did a lot of menial job where i got money for payment of my school fee and ICAN professional courses. i achieved this because i saved any dime that come to my way. there is many opportunities in Lagos. Dont hunt for job from Monday to Saturday but find a menial job at any construction site and work there.

this is challenges every man face in life. thank God ur wife is supporting u.

As your kids are going to school register them also to learn a trade maybe after school or on weekends. You're not the first, and won't be the last to be in dire financial crises.
However, people have been known to tough it out. No job should be too small now, your wife may also need to add some additional job to her seamstress work when she has no cloth to sew.
You need to try to look for old contacts, school mates etc that can help you with a job, ideas, or something. Start disturbing anyone that can help in your family too. Its just gonna be for a short while so hang on in there.

I would also recommend that you seek opportunities outside Lagos.
Some locations are not as fast-paced and the cost of living is not as high.

You could get a job that 'seemingly' doesn't pay very high, but becos the cost of living in your location is not too high, you would be able to get by.
