how can 1200 jet be landing in lagos monthly? this nigeria journalists with their misleading and sensational headlines sef don tired me no be small and to make matter worse some so called educated and enlightened members here are spewing rubbish.

It should be 1200 flights of jet landing and taking off reading the article further one will discovered that this flights are mostly commercial , originating from outside the country also onward transition from nigeria to other country in the region and this should be a thing of joy to those in the sector and the unemployed sector.
Sports / Re: Critize Keshi Constructively-do You Think He Can Take Us There? by enm(m): 8:36am On Feb 11, 2013
Nigerians and their wahala again. I did not watch any of the match play in this competition so I can not claimed authority in here, but one thing that I know and can authoritatively say is that we should have faith as an individual and as a nation.

When the team were playing below par in the group stage I never loose faith in them even though they have been disappointing in the past and I was campaigning to my fellow nigerian to have faith.

It took us this long to win our third nation cup because of our non keeping faith attitude . Amodu has what it takes but we refused to have faith in him, siasia also has what it takes but we also refused to have faith in him even keshi we refused to have faith in him but GOD taught us a lesson.

@Op, yes keshi can take us to the confederation cup and win it for us even the world cup only if we keep our faith in him, pray for GOD wisdom on him and give him free reign to choose his players not according to federal character but according to his judgement.

It was because of faith have by the IBB regime in westahof and protection he enjoyed that he was able to groomed his own team and delivered the 94 team that we so much like to talk about.

what we sow is what we will reap. by now isoko land suppose to be one of the most known and developed land in the world if we are to take into account the never say die spirit of our ancestors though illiterate but not ignorant of the needs and important of education and the building of infastructures such as the road network though mostly not tiled, the schools like ofagbe technical college renown to have produced many world class proffessional and play host to many student from west african, st joseph's college in ozoro formally a veritable ground for harvesting of top qaulified teachers, e.t.c.

all this things and more were built by our ancestors through communal effort and partnership with the missionaries only if the present generation can follow in their footstep....

Politics / Re: Federal Govt, Stopped World Bank From Given More Loan To Lagos State Govt.. by enm(m): 12:55pm On Nov 29, 2012
So far so good i have been enlighten by the post on this tread but it will be out of place to say not dumbfounded by the display of low intelligent level of some people and it pains me that these people sees themselves to better than the so called retardan and retardaness uncle jona and aunty patience.

I will like some sane and intelligent people to please throw more light on how much the FG is deducting at source from the Lagos state monthly allocation to service both external and internal debts and how much is left after such deduction. The level of exposure of the FG in extension NIGERIA to the adverse effect of these states debt and please add debt owned by the local governments and how strong is our economy to withstand the effect and shock in case of default.

I hope somebody knowledgeable enough will come and help us out as am sure this will help us to look at the issue critically without a biased mind due to ethnicity, party affiliation, religion or lack of adequate knowledge on subject matter. I know some of you may disagree with me on this, that i find it irresistible to disbelieve fashola, that after unofficially communicating with ngozi, He was not given cogent reasons why the FG takes such a stand. This is politic at work for the uninformed mind.
Politics / Re: Lawyers In The House. How Can We Curb The Excesses Of Lagos State Goverment by enm(m): 2:10pm On Nov 22, 2012
I don't understand what being a pdp member, jonathan or subsidy removal got to do with d question pose to us by d op, i wonder how some of us reason and yet they expect positive changes in d society.

Ops right now d solution is to know d law and abide by it though d law might be oppressive and you can sue d state or it parastal if you feel your right as enshrined in d country constitution has been contravene by laws made by d state but this will cost you alot.
AND VOTE WISELY NEXT TIME.

So far only two people here have been making sense and they are puffpuff and mynd. If only majority of nairalander and to large extent the whole Nigeria populace, think and behave the way this guys are doing by now Nigeria would have progress a lot on our journey in achieving the Nigerian dream.
The pdp in ekiti make a statement and some all knowing people here were calling them names rather than to verify if what d state pdp is saying is truth or not, some are evening asking for source. Nigeria oh Nigeria

Asking this question will make some people to label me pro GEJ OR D LAPPY CREW but i no send. Why am asking this question is because i observed that almost all nigerian both the literate, semi literate and stark illiterate seem to be more knowlegdeable than GEJ on the myraids of problem facing NIGERIA. They are quick in pointing out the mistakes of GEJ, always ever ready with their red pen to give him negative mark but they are always at lost when asked to profer logical and realistic solutions.

Why some of una dey rush to post comment sef? shey dey give gold medal ni? going by what is in that article and the comment some of you are posting is making to begining to wonder for the furture of this country. The article said; the govt are proposing, to "REGISTER 4 NEW AIRLINE COMPANY, NOT OWNED OR RUN BY THE GOVT FOR THE DOMESTIC ROUTE". so in other word they are inviting YOU to come and invest in the aviation sector if YOU feel, you have the means and can meet the set requirement.

ilugunboy: Story.....we need tangibles and deliverable...

Are the projects are not tangible and deliverable? All project scattered allover the country are very very tangible and also very very deliverable even the so called elephant project, but the problem or the reasons why these projects are the way they are presently is because we as a citizen, direct beneficiary and financials of these project ( through the taxes that we paid and the collective earning of the nation) refused to play our part as a watchdog, supervisor and client.
