Social media and easy judgement.

The reporter who is investigating the case has both side of the story both from the complainant which we are all reading Now ... And also from the hospital which she is yet to publish.

The suppose complianant has carried the case to Alagbon CID and after investigation they told the complainant to proceed with the case to Court of they so wish... All these happened In early March 2020..

Why is the complainant deciding to play to social media end of May ...

Well there are several information that are witheld for the case of Court purposes.
Different story at the hospital
Different at story at Investigation office.

The family should simple go to court..

They have a lawyer with which they are requesting for 250m from the hospital already so as not to take court action

Buying clothes for one set of baby is not a prove that the couple is not expecting twins.Scan said so. Do the hospital have a video? Let the court decide.The consultant should have requested scan from another reputable centre since he had his suspicion.Too many bad reviews on this hospital.

The Scan unit of the hospital did a poor job... I don't want to go into details here cos there are some information that would be used in court if it eventually get to that stage..

Secondly, my wife gave birth in that hospital. There are baby kit pack u pay for at the hospital as expentant mother. It comprises of items required to cater for the baby upon arrival.
The man paid for one set of kit and claims he wants the babies delivered first before he pays for the other.

The truth is the family is being pushed to make a case based on the fact that they hope to get settlement out of it.
The community CDA initially hired a lawyer for the family as they could not even afford one .. they took the case to Alagbon CID and all the staffs in question were interrogated for 2 days ... Having seen that there seem to be no head way ... They have claimed that they will carry the matter to court if the hospital don't either provide their baby or pay them ₦250m..
Is that not ridiculous for pple so eager to get their child..?
The hospital has her reputation but they should also know that their reputation is at stake too.
I'm not even sure it's the CDA hired lawyer is still on the case cos after the hearing at Alagbon CID, he (the lawyer) brought the CDA chairman to the hospital to reconfirm all that happened... Obviously a Case of error report from the scan unit which hospital hold themselves to blame... he(the lawyer) claims it not a case of stolen baby which he can come out successfully. bad enough the Lawyers sister gave birth in the same hospital and he(lawyer)) claimed they treated his sister well
So perhaps they have gotten another lawyer to raise hell

- if the supposed woman that was injected to sleep for the process of Cesarean Section (CS) to be carried out as she claim, how could she also at the same time be awake to see that she also had twin babies.... I will let fellow women who have gone through CS to elaborate on that.
For Layman sake... You are either given an injection to Put you at Numb so as not to feel pain during CS process OR you are totally knocked out by an injection till the process is over.

Listen to some other facts which has not been revealed by this same couple which proves that the couple were FULLY aware that they were expecting just 1 child.

However the reason for the REPEATED scan was because the Gynecologist was always feeling one feotal heartbeat during every examination, told her to go for scan for a double check and SCAN UNIT gives her a report that she is carrying twins.

- the couple purchased ONE set of delivery kit on the day of childbirth. When he was asked for the second delivery kit, he simply stated that let the babies come out first
- When the delivery was taken and it was discovered that it was one baby, the husband was immediately called into the theatre (against hospital regulation) to see what was been observed in the theatre and in their words; he never acted surprised which also baffled the staffs. The wife was never aware about the whole development till she awoke
- After some days the husband in company of his family members and their pastor went to the hospital to request for the supposed second twin which He now claims was stolen by those who carried out the CS. When it was delibrated, it was proven that it was a clear case of Error report from the Scan unit
- Family not satisfied took the case to Alagbon CID who did an investigation recovered all the patient file from the hospital, called in 3rd party medical personnel to review and clearly insinuated that there was no Second baby. The couples lawyer even hinted that it was not stolen baby.

Still not satisfied the family Probably hired another lawyer (as the first lawyer hinted he will not be able to carry on with the case). The family is now requesting the sum of two hundred and fifty million naira (₦250,000,000) within two weeks in order not to take the case to court or hospital should provide their baby.
But unfortunately the corona virus pandemic plus lockdown has made it difficult to proceed hence they have decided to use social media.

A Very Big Mistake Of My Life

Please pardon me in case of any grammatical error. My story will be long, pls kindly bear with me and read to the finishing point. I'm ready to accept any insulting comments, it doesn't matter to me now.

I'm a 25 years old guy, not really financially buoyant but an average, money never dries in my pocket and back account as a hustler. Am currently still in part time program in university.

Now let me go straight to the point, here is my story. I started dating one beautiful girl back then in 2014, we were in love until something came up. There was a time I came home and she visited, that was the beginning of our separation, my mother warned me to stay away from her that she doesn't like her.

Honestly, I didn't know how to breakup with her without hurting her because she loved and cared for me so much. I love my mother so much and I listen to her as well. So, I started to avoid her, reducing my number of calls with her, sometimes when I visited home I won't tell her. All these to make her change her mind but all to no avail, I couldn't tell her what's up so that she won't hate my mother and make both of them enemies of each other.

She noticed my unprecedented and unusual behaviors, she asked me what has she done I only told her that I was very busy and concentrating on something. She later got fade up and started minding her own business because sometimes she would call I won't pick her calls, so she decided to let me be.

Fast forward to early this year, she went for a business trip and returned, so I decided to pay her a visit because even though we are no longer in love but we are still friends. I was hoping to visit her in her shop but she wasn't there, she told me to come to her apartment, I went there, we gist and had funs, she started making a move to me and we eventually had an unprotected sex.

I was thinking that she was a big girl and can take care of herself but after one month plus she called me and told me that she was pregnant, I was speechless and couldn't believe her, she threatened to report the case to my mother if I didn't show up and proffer solutions, my mind jumped. I hurried to her place and she showed me the pregnancy test result, we calculated the months and it was exactly the day I had sex with her, from that day till the month is exactly what was written on the paper.

To cut the story short, I got lost in thought until she waked me from my daydream, I told her straight that I wasn't ready for that, she should do something about it, so both of us agreed to terminate it, it was done successfully, I wasted much money on that moment but it didn't bother me.

So, after a while she called me and told me the sudden changes in her business that money disappeared from her hands always. She went home and complained to her dad, her dad suggested they should visit a native doctor to find out what was the problem. They visited the native doctor and he apparently exposed and told her what she did, that the pregnancy she terminated was the reason behind her misfortune. He listed all the things she will buy for cleansing and the total money involved. She called me and told me the development and demanded my own contribution (money), at that moment I didn't really have money to provide and she couldn't believe me.

Now am afraid if she will angrily expose me because she told her people that the person that got her the pregnancy is not around he traveled abroad. I haven't answered her since then because I have been busy thinking about my mistake, regretting the day I visited her, crying had I know. I returned but I didn't tell her so she won't visit me. Right now am having a double mind if I should adhere to what she told me by contributing money for the stuff, but the other hand, am asking for God's mercy upon my life, so if I should contribute money now it means I will be committing sin upon sin. I don't really know what to do now, I told her that I will visit her whenever I return to discuss with her but I haven't done that.

Presently I have a fiancee am dating now, my mother knows about her and she accepted her as well, also thinking about settling down with her when the time comes. I will hurt and loose her if what I did exposed.

Pls advice me my good people before I commit suicide and end everything, you can insult me if you like, it doesn't matter to me now, am very desperate human being now. The native doctor even told her to tell whoever that got her the pregnancy to also do his own cleansing or else he will encounter problems in life.

Should I also listen to the native doctor man or seek God's mercy, of whose report shall I believe..? Will there really be any problem, and what do I tell her now.

Cons: thou art still a kid to be quivering over some stunt like this.
Let her let the world loose if she wishes... Next u will hear is that u have a part in the cleansing else you will die.

I would have said sienna cos of space but hey... Check it out.. it not like u want to go fully into commercial....

I used a Mazda MPV for similar purposes but then I noticed that am always forced to carrying passengers to augment fuel purchase... And when I don't get to see passenger am almost crying.. I am always on the for full loaded car... 7 passengers... Thus exposed to more terrible passengers and also bustop agberos.. Even when I have to go on personal outing with immediate family i still have to consider the fuel implication.
I eventually sold it and got a drop light and I just needed 4 passengers on ever trip.
The respect of car being a private car is dre from the passengers.. no agbero nonsense from bustop... Yes I was not making that much money as when I was driving MPV but I got my fuel cost. I still can drive for pleasure...

It's however your call... You will need to weigh it on both sides

What did you discover?

Nothing... I use a similar car with same instrument panel/Dashboard... Was very confusing at first. But I latter understood it well.
Best part I like about it is when it gives it reading of my average fuel consumption in MPG ... It let me know when my car runs fine or not

I had to take time to study this dashboard... Very interesting and highly informative
