Well when it happens to a friend we kept on trying and it eventually validates again with the correct mail perhaps they have blocked the procedure coz it was when their server was misbehaving maybe that's Why it worked

It means that's not the mail u use, it might be that u created ur account with this mail then abandon it and use another mail to complete ur registration think and remember the mail u use and submit ur registration

For those seeing verification failed on the test portal did you guys met your details I.e your name and pic on your profile or it came up only when you validated your bvn?

SSCE applicants can't update their profile, it's either you change your highest qualification or wait until they rectify

I have taken the test and summited, I noticed I used another document to upload for NIN, I updated the document, it updated and ask me to take a test, should I take it or leave it since I have taken before updating. Some one please answer me.

You can't take the test it will tell you, you have already taking the test

For those asking, it's normal to see take the test in your profile even though you have taken the test already that's how the site is program, you will see that you can't take the test again when you try to login to the test portal it will tell you you have already taken the test.

I used olevel. But really there should be no need for the system to be congested. Like I said, this is a federal government funded site, things should be up to standard. Each person is not even uploading up to 1mb of information. Nigerian govt stuff are always marked by mediocrity and low standards smh. A private startup could even do better and have better support. The guys handling the npower account on twitter were just saying it's network, try later and then even eventually stopped replying and reassuring people. Sad tbh.

For now ssce applicants cant update their profile but this is what I did for my bro and he took the test, we chnge his highest qualification to ond, entered his secondary school name, put ssce as course of study and uploaded the ssce cert and it went, I'll be checking when they rectify it I'll reupdate the profile since it can be edited after the test, that's if you can take the risk
