Using 10 lots size for trading means that if price goes -3 pips, then you're -300$ loss
-10 pips is means -1000$
Unless you're a scalper, who looks for profit under 5-30mins no more than few i mean few like 2% of swing traders uses 10 lots size for an account less than 100k$ and still trade successful on a live account.

With technology we don't need bulky civil service. More funds should be made available for stimulating the economy through provision of grants, infrastructure , Agricultural support etc that would help the entire populace. There should be a law that stipulate 65 to 35% in terms in favour of capital to recurrent cost. And that all employment must be shared across all nooks and crannies of a state evenly.
