Hello, guy, I got a message from Paypal telling me that the new policy doesn't affect my account. If you are unable to withdraw maybe you should check your email and see what Paypal has sent to you. |

Guys, I have one prayer point for you guys. Pray that SCC {29} doesn't rate your call. Either you get 2 or 3. The note on it is always: Wrong format for numbers below 10. |

Lagbaja01:Expect a 1 rating. I'm not cursing ooo. You need to start to get better at it. No matter what you read on the FAQ, without doing and doing and doing it, you are not going to get any better. Las las dem go give you a 2 for the start. Don't focus your energy just to hear what they are saying, be in the conversation with them and have a nice time in the session. 1 Like |

For those who complained about starting a work all over again after spending several hours on it. This is what happened; you changed browser. When you start a work with Chrome, for example, end it in chrome. Don't go and continue in an Opera mini. This is applied to either phone or laptop. If you start a work on a laptop, finish it on a laptop. Don't ever continue on a phone. Don't come here again and start wailing of starting a job all over again, please. I've decided to enlighten you guys more. 2 Likes |

For those who are still new to Qa. Don't worry about your ratings yet. Because I'm pretty sure it's because you are still new. Trust me, when I started I hardly hear what those white guys say. I detest using "the release button". So I would prefer to have mis-heards than letting it go. I've had countless of 1s and 2s ratings. Whenever I get a 3, I dance my ass out . But that's way gone now. I can easily hear what they say with my cheap ear piece and still come back having a 5. The only trick is consistency and persistency. You will want to get tired, a time will come that you will wail and log out of Qa. After working on a call for hours and you were rated 2, which is $0. Here comes the re-do courtesy but to no avail, you got a 2 again... Don't worry, just keep doing it and you will see a result. The goal is not to hear what they are saying but to enjoy their conversations. Laugh and smile on a call and you will find it easier to finish a call in a very short time... Cheers. 13 Likes |
