I've never been penalized for spelling out emails, though.
Oh... This is the format I use and they've never penalized me before.

I asked this because I did just as you said now, but I was penalized for doing that. The rating note said "Transcribe spelled out words as mentioned by the speaker." And there was another time I just transcribed it as it was spelled out, but they still said "email address format not followed." Maybe I will just transcribe the spelled out words and still bring them together to follow the email format next time. Me I no understand again ooo
Format
Rep: abc@gmail.com.(omit spelled out emails)
Cus: Yeah.
Rep: What's your first name again?
Cus: Bert, B-E-R-T (don't omit spelled out words)

If a customer or rep calls out an email address by spelling the alphabets, and maybe numbers in some cases. Should I still write the email address in full after I've written it the way it was spelled out?
Just type out the email. Forget about any spelled out way. You don't need to repeat it. A single line will do.

I use a laptop. (I use to use my phone)
A cheap Samsung earpiece, costs just 500 and which is probably knockoff.
If a sentence isn't clear? Probably listen further into the call and it'd become clearer as you get the context. Or use Google.
Just Chrome browser, FX sound, and Grammarly plus Ginger for grammar check.
There are no shortcuts like using apps to get AI transcripts.
Tips? Google terms, phrases, places, zip codes etc to understand the context. Capitalize all proper nouns and brand properly (iPhone, not Iphone, MasterCard, not Mastercard, etc.
Sometimes you have to take a break from a call to let your brain process.
Make shorter statements. Qa hates long statements that look like endlessness.

Thank you for this. It will go a long way for me as well. grin grin grin

The worst thing that can happen to you, if you transcribe with a mobile device, is "Inverted speaker label". One mistouch is all it takes to ruin your transcription. I don tire for this thing. I must get a laptop really soon. Crosschecking helps though. smiley
You need to work on you concentration and changing to a laptop is not the solution. You should always read through with the call playing in the background after working up on a call, don't just submit immediately after finishing up.

I apologise.. I've taken it down. Hope I didn't cause too much damage..

Is there any solution for that?
I'm using a phone not a laptop and they're jammed together.
You can easily solve your issue with a simple old version of Google chrome browser. Download it and be fine. Alternatively download PHX Browser

I read online that non reactive means you have the virus but it's not active. You can also give it to someone if you are not vaccinated. I know what it means, what I wanted to know is if Army do disqualify someone because of that. I have been answered, thank you.
Go and read again bro before coming here to sadden someone's heart with your wrong assumption. Non reactive and negative are the same which is not present while reactive and positive means that someone has something present in him or her.
