How can you select schools that are not on the PTDF page? if the schools are on the portal then they should be on PTDF's page

Commonwealth is slightly different, usually comes out march because it is the University that first nominates then submits the candidate to the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission so it can be slightly earlier than Commonwealth

Honestly, I don't know about commonwealth shared...was talking about the commonwealth.

But since the scholarships are administered by the same body (British Council), the list will probably be shortlisted same time for the new academic session (2020/2021).

Might not be the SOP that's the problem, it may be the other factors - WAEC Scores, Class of Degree, Publications etc etc

Those that were called for medicals are the successful ones, Exxon takes time to send rejection mail in case someone fails the medicals or verification and they want to substitute, once they resume they'll send rejection to the rest.

Is that the offiical PTDF instruction? even if it is I believe they are referring to the exam number and not scratch card PIN

Use any I.d number you have available like Intl passport or voters card number, then get your ptdf pin. Finish your application while you wait for your NIN. When it comes edit the number you used n fix ur NIN. The verify it. Shi ke nan.

Yes, I have uploaded the original WAEC, however in the instructions, I did see they mentioned the pin to enable them verify.
