NYSC OFFICIALY OPENS PORTAL FOR REMOBILIZATION INTO 2022 BATCH C

Remobilization is for people who reported to the NYSC camp and refused to report to their Place of primary assignment because of some issues. And also absconded from NYSC after orientation camp. https://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc1/
Revalidation is meant for people who registered during the previous batch but were not able to go for the orientation camp. Revalidation will be on during fresh registration.

THE FOUR STAGES OF NYSC MOBILIZATION

There is something important you need to know so that you don’t get confused or put yourself under any undue stress. NYSC mobilization is in stages and once you understand the stages, every other thing will be easy.

1st STAGE: Internal Mobilization

This is when institutions will start compiling their senate list to know graduates that are qualified for NYSC mobilization.

The result of the internal mobilization is the approved senate list. Which will be pasted at the school premises for graduates to check their names and details.

2nd STAGE: Senate List Online

The 3rd stage is when the senate list after thorough examination by the NYSC management will be finally uploaded on the NYSC portal online.

Once your institution’s Senate List is successfully uploaded, you will be able to do your online registration successfully.

3rd STAGE: Senate List Hard Copy

The second stage is when your institution will send the hard copy of the approved Senate List straight to NYSC Headquarters Abuja for verification before it will be uploaded on the NYSC portal. This stage is very necessary for the NYSC management because of some institutions that fraudulently mobilize unqualified graduates for NYSC.

4th STAGE: PCMs Senate List Verification

The 4th stage is when prospective Corps members will start verifying their names on the NYSC portal before they can proceed with NYSC registration. Then other stages will follow; such as registration, deployment, printing of Call Up Letter, Orientation program etc....

Until all accredited institutions [except those who don’t want to mobilize] release their Senate List and paste it, we will not go to the next Stage.

� THINGS NEEDED AT CYBER CAFE

Below is the list of things that Prospective Corps members should take along with them to the registration. Aside these � nothing else is needed.

�1⃣ A passport photograph: Your passport photograph should be clear without any obstruction. The background color should be white or off-white.

�2⃣ Biro: You might need Biro to write important things, at least that will save you from going around begging for Biro.

�3⃣ Email Account: You need to have an email that you know the login password, gmail is preferable. If you don’t have a gmail address, please create it now and keep the password safe.

� 4⃣ ATM� card: You need ATM card (Visa or MasterCard) to pay NYSC the sum of ₦2,786.24 for online Call-up letter printing. Another option to pay is to print the payment invoice during your registration, and then go to any bank along with the Invoice and cash to make the payment.
It's the only payment you are making to NYSC, and it's during registration. No other payments.

� 5⃣Cash: You need to go with some cash to pay the Cyber Cafe owner and make other miscellaneous expenses.
So aside the approximately 3k you are paying to NYSC, budget caféman money, between 1k to 2k, depending on your negotiation power and your location.

� 6⃣ Your School Matriculation number and JAMB Reg number: Some prospective corps members do not know their Matriculation and JAMB Reg number off head, please write it out on a piece of paper and take it along with other items

�✈️7⃣ Documents for Foreign trained graduates:
Go with your �
� International Passport
� Residence Permit
� Academics Transcript
� WAEC Certificate
� School Certificate
� School � Card
� Evaluation Letter

��8⃣ Marriage documents for married women: Married Prospective Corps Members who need concessional deployment (posting to where their husband stay) whether foreign or locally-trained should upload copies of their
� Marriage Certificate
� Photocopy of your husbands working � card
� Newspaper Change of name from Miss to Mrs
� Any original or photocopy of utility bills from your husbands place of resident.
� Domicile Letter.

5️⃣ REASONS YOU MIGHT MISS NYSC NEXT BATCH

1️⃣ YOUR INSTITUTION
This is not even a thing to bargain with because it’s as important as it sounds. There is no way you can go with the NYSC next batch if your institution did not say you are qualified by clearing you. You have to make sure you don’t have any carryovers or issues with your institution.

Even if you do have an issue with them, you should try all your possible best to resolve it if you want to go for NYSC next batch.

Another thing is to make sure you confirm if you will have to fill the NYSC mobilization form in your institution. Some higher institutions require graduates of their school to fill the form at the Dean of Student Affairs (DSA). Not all schools do this, but you should just confirm to be on a safe side.

2️⃣♻️ JAMB REGULARIZATION
It’s now JAMB Late Application but was formerly referred to as “regularization”. This provides an opportunity for candidates that are in any institution but with no JAMB registration number to regulate between Jamb and your institution.

So if you do not have a Jamb registration number for any possible reason, your name will not be on the Mobilization list.

3️⃣YOU ARE 30 YEARS OLD
Am sure you already know that once you are 30 years old before you graduate from your institution, you cannot go for NYSC next batch. Your exemption letter which is a letter that will tell you that you NYSC has given you a permission to move on will be on your dashboard.

If you are already 30 before you graduate from your institution, you won’t be spending the next 12 months in a strange land. You can go ahead and apply for a job or start your business or do anything you want with your exemption letter.

4️⃣STATEMENT OF RESULT
If you are already a graduate of an institution and you don’t have your certificate of result unlaminated and original, you will not be able to go with NYSC next batch. The statement of your certificate is very important in NYSC and if you don’t have it, you will not be allowed to stay in the NYSC orientation camp.

5️⃣ YOUR VILLAGE PEOPLE
If you don’t have any issue with those four points above you will surely go for NYSC next batch and nothing can stop you. However, there is even no however, you don’t need to worry about the village people. God pass your village people, so you will go for NYSC next batch apart from the first 4 Reasons above.
