infogeneral: I didn't hear all this rubbish talk when Jonathan was President. This why they say Nigerians should know their rights, freedom of movement means that you can't keep someone as a prisoner unless they have committed a crime. Can you walk into someone's compound or a gated community and demand freedom of movement? When private individuals holds rallies, burials and parties don't they block the roads? When construction is going on are you going to attack the construction company for violating your freedom of movement? Here's Buhari blocking the road for the occupy Nigeria protest. I'm sick of you hypocritical APC hooligans. 1 Like

Our armed forces deserve the support of all Nigerians. We have to give them adequate resources to protect the country because everything needs peace and security. See the replies all over the thread and you will understand that the Nigerian Armed Forces are getting exactly what they deserve. How will you treat your citizens like garbage in peacetime then beg for support from them? Is that not madness 2 Likes 1 Share |
Politics / Re: Buhari: I Told Sanwo-Olu To Tell Lagosians To Walk After Buses Were Burnt by Farki: 12:39am On Jun 13, 2021 |
slydog: There are things called fines and taxes. The estimated cost of replacing the burnt fleet was 3.9 billion naira. If we take 1000 naira from the population of 20 million Nigerians that are alleged to live in Lagos we have raised 20 billion naira needed. We may not even need to raise taxes or fine traffic offenders much to get this income, simply asking for a contribution fund and being transparent with the money will see these buses paid off. Governing is not hard, but we Nigerians make it sound impossible. |

Politics / Re: Buhari: I Told Sanwo-Olu To Tell Lagosians To Walk After Buses Were Burnt by Farki: 9:02pm On Jun 12, 2021 |
neyyoh: There's progressive Nigerians who want to stop people dying at the hands of robbers in police uniform and there's regressive Nigerians who set prisoners free so they can benefit from the chaos they bring. NURTW thugs who opposed BRT because it would reduce their danfo earnings are the cause of the chaos. For two straight weeks protesters sat down, held signs, shared food, even with police and traffic wardens then some sponsored thugs come in to disrupt everywhere. The problem with Nigeria is that 10 fools will plan to stop any action to fix the country for their own greed, 1000 fools will support them on the streets and 10,000 fools will support them online. |

Commentor: Buhari's job is very simple, the people were even bringing signs with demands of what they wanted. James Nwafor, Carol Afegbai and all other corrupt cops, arrest them. For two weeks he kept quiet and allowed things to spiral out of control because he's an old fool who should have retired in 2019. 4 Likes |

Do we still need evidence that Buhari is an idiot and a first class failure? Hoodlums, most likely NURTW thugs burnt busses and rather than doing an investigation and taking those responsible down the governor went to the zombie in chief and he told Lagosians to "walk". I'm sure when farmers crops are burnt in the North he tells them to eat sand. As long it's not cows he's not interested. 4 Likes 2 Shares |
