It does affect.....ur jamb combination must be the same required...for example if ur combination is maths, eng, govt and econs I dnt think u can do any arts course cos u need lit in eng for arts....its just like filling ur jamb form again....u must get ur combination right so I suggest anyone filling d change of course form should use the brochure and unilag's requirements its very important.
