Education / Re: Please Where Can I Get A Bus At Cheaper Price Going To Kogi Lokoja In Ibadan by Ferns4real: 9:27am On Aug 29, 2020

It wasn't 5k before, it used to be around that 3500-4000 back den, just go there, I'm sure it won't cost you an arm and a leg. U can go ask for d price first nah.

As for Abuja vehicle option in Iwo road, that might be way expensive cos they will charge you for Abuja direct. Kogi park in Gate is better.
thanks I appreciate.....

Go to Gate, u'l get any part of Kogi directly from there.

U can also join Abuja vehicle from Abuja park in Iwo road, u'l just alight at Lokoja. But I'm sure Lokoja direct will be cheaper at Gate.

Wen u get to Gate just ask from any nearby park that dey sud direct u to Kogi park. It's somewhere around the old Ife road.

I wudnt know d price now cos it's been a while I traveled to that side but I believe it sudnt b more than 5k from Gate.
Do you think that the price will still be 5000 Naira during this pandemic period?

I called to confirm the price of transportation from Ibadan to Lokoja and Peace Mass Transit in Ibadan are telling me 10,300 naira. This is also the price of Ibadan to Akwa Ibom which is farther than Kogi State...

Please if you have traveled from Ibadan to Lokoja during this lockdown please assist me on the way forward....
Career / Re: Your Opinion Concerning A Graduate Joining The Police Force As A Recruit by Ferns4real: 8:03am On Aug 18, 2020
SocialJustice:
Join as constable. Do not go bragging to others or even telling anyone you're a graduate. Apply with your SSCE. When you're fully into the service, you can wait for 6-12 months then bring your Bachelors degree out. You will be promoted past about 4-5 ranks and become a Superintendent personnel. It could take a bit longer but you will get it.

8 years ago I was offered teaching job in civil service but rejected it. What I didn't know was I could switch to ministry job after getting in. So not make same mistake.

Npower is not a job jare, just temporary relief.
thank you so much

Joining the police force as a recruit is not bad,u can join and use the income from there and set urself up for life. The problem will be u not remembering ur purpose of entering the force and feeling satisfy with ur pie nut. C I will advice u to learn how to trade Forex it will satisfy u. Or u can still learn other skills.
thanks for the advice
Career / Your Opinion Concerning A Graduate Joining The Police Force As A Recruit by Ferns4real: 7:03am On Aug 18, 2020
I had to create a new profile for this post

I am a graduate and I finished with a second class upper degree. But after the completion of my NYSC in the month of May 2020. I have been unable to secure a job despite sending my CV to various organizations and going for different interviews yet, there is no job offer.

The main issue now is that i don't want to stay idle, I want to be engaged doing something, earlier last week one of my uncles suggested that I apply for the Nigeria Police Force Recruitment as a Recruit i.e Constable when he said it I was very surprised because how can a graduate apply to join the recruit in the police force.

Recently, I gave the idea a thought because joining the Police Force as a Recruit is better than being a N-Power beneficiary because it is a more secured than N- Power and I can save a lot of money from my salary and start a business along with the my salary..

Please I need your advice about my decision joining the Police Force as a Constable is it good enough? What are your suggestions, if it is not good for me to join the force?
