'shut the help'? 'ill show you downssyndrome'? I don't understand you! What are you trying hard to say? Did you mean to say you'll show me down-syndrome? Please stop trying, You've done that already with your very first statement here. Yours is really a terrible case. I pity you, sincerely. Accept my sympathy.

Metallurgist: Xtain mocking god and jesus, god that created jesus and send him to the children of isreal made him a jew, not an african, so basically this god that has a tribe and is also a lion of juda and in his racist supremacist attitude never preach to a gentile or non jew even though black slaves, assarian, romans, samaritans, persians, arabs ar mixed in trade and many other places and sees no reason to bother the gentiles about salvation, now educated black xtain realizing the trick hav turn to a black jesus,
Please, if u were God where in d world would u rather have Jesus sent? To d whites? With their ego and superiority issues? Or to d other arab nations? With d madness they exhibit till date? Or to black-africa? Where He would've been too busy inventing and constructing all d things we dint have for God-knows-how-long before commencing d teachings He came for? Which geographical location would've been better than Israel?

ROSSIKE:

Heaven may be real, but hell is a figment of ancient Jewish imagination gone haywire. When will you be smart enough to realise that the creator of this universe does not have a ''burning furnace'' sitting somewhere in the cosmos waiting to torture you for eternity?

I mean, what kind of 'faith' or white juju could make you believe kindergaten nonsense like that?

And the very people who taught you this stuff - go to their countries. Their churches are empty on Sundays. Many have been converted to other uses. Except for the 'black churches' which are always filled Monday to Sunday.

The very people that taught you this stuff have long abandoned the charade, its observance holding no further use for their ruling classes as a tool of control, and hence, allowed to be exposed for the farcical stories they are.

But we in Africa? We still think a (white) man called Jesus literally flew up into heaven before onlookers after being raised from the dead by God, who is also the same Jesus.

I mean, whole populations of grown men and women go around with this and other crazy nonsense in their heads and you wonder why we have problems??

Islam? We have whole populations who think Africa is so irrelevant and stained that they must travel OUT OF IT in order to validate themselves with God, through their 'hajj'.

Why is IFE not our holy land?

How are IFE or AROCHUKWU inferior to Jerusalem or Mecca if it's not the inferiority we've placed on those indigenous religious centers by our own minds and beliefs? Our inheritance from slave raiders and colonialists?

When do we stand up and question everything we've been taught by them?

ONLY THEN CAN WE BE REAL MEN.

Right now, we're pitiful, dependent, thoughtless sheep.

Dont you think its note worthy that d white brought a religion dat dint even originate from europe? If they brought truth and are no longer upholding it, do u think it'll make d truth become a lie? If God was vexed enough to destroy d earth during d time of Noah with water, do u think dat He wont punish anyone who doesn't play by His rules now? Even after sacrificing His son? em...i really think u r trying hard to philosophize! U wan kick knowledge?

MMotimo: My first thought was " how come there is no crying." On the TV shows, the babies always let out a loud cry once they came out
TV shows, movies never really tell us all we need to know. When wifey was in labour I thought she'll be rolling all over the place and I'll be carrying her and all that, just like I see in the movies...lol. It wasn't anything like that. But your baby later cried right?

If europeans practiced polygamy, it must have been hundreds of thousands of years back ( if there were humans at that time), not within living memory.

Even the roman empire didnt practice it, not sure about the greeks but i doubt they did either.

Poster, can you back up your claim with references?

ifyalways: OP,whats the point with trying to tie polygamy with Europeans?Would polygamy be suddenly better, more appealing IF its heard/proved that Europeans at one time or the other practiced it?
Polygamy is an African thing,we don't need no European influence or lack of thereof to justify that.
I put up a post sometime ago; "Calabar Carnival no longer about Promoting Our Culture", a lot of people tried to tie polygamy to Africa. I remember watching on tv, less than a decade ago, about a white guy married to 16 wives so I decided to talk about it. "Between 150,000 and 400,000 people live in polygamous households in France, in which a man is married to more than one woman. The French state is trying to change the situation -- with mixed results." I think you should also check this out yourelf.

Europeans used to marry many wives too, check history.
Going about with little or no clothes should never be seen as our culture!
Even in the days of Adam, they knew nothing when they were naked but when their eyes of
understanding were enlightened, they
made something to cover themselves up. These are all different levels/stages of development.

Or what do you think you'll do when you see your first child for the first time?
As for me, When I came in to see her, I walked from one side of the bed to the other and then back to the other
and again until one of the nurses called out to my wife; "Dr. Ziny, please give your husband the baby to carry, he's been
running round and round the bed". That was when I realized I had done that for like 10 times or more, with my
mouth dry cos I had a wide smile permanently on...lol. What did you do?

Literature / Thinking Nonsense! by filiks(m): 10:09am On Jan 28, 2013
THINKING NONSENSE

I lay awake
all night,
coughing.
I thought thoughts
I didn't think I'd think

Of wages unpaid
Of profanity said
Of playlists swayed
or nodded to
Of "Action!...Freeze!"

Of some pretty nurse, and
Of her latex gloves and jelly
Of her 'pissing joysticks off' - panacea
of aphrodisiac malfunction.
Talk of "professional self-servicer"

Graffiti state of mind. I thought

Of pissed off offspring
of mosquitoes crushed last night, singing
of vengeance in my ears.
Of their armoured proboscis and
of their guts emptied
of parasite and filled with my blood.

Of 'squito graffiti without finesse - my blood
The paint; my sheet
The wall.

When these words fell through, I was ear-deaf to loud sounds of raw rap, my heart was in a studio, my mind was in the artistes’ heads via their lyrics and my eyes caught a cock on a hen; all these through the bars of the dinning window.

Just as there has been progressive improvement towards nudity in the dressing of the general public. Look at the dresses ladies wear in public these days, and then you'd understand why those same ladies want to use the excuse of the carnival to let-go!

But I've witness some earlier that were not like these recent ones. There's been progressive improvement in nudity.
