what is hardwork and what is smart work? They mean both the same thing! Hardwork was used basically in the industrial age, where you have to use agility, power and thinking to perform tasks. Smart work is for the technological age where basically it is more of "critical" thinking. The thing is your brain must be working 100 percent in both situations. Show me a hardworker that isn't working smart, show me a smartworker that isn't working hard!

There are lots of hard workers that are not working smart.. There are also lot of smart workers that are not working hard.

In this age, to stand out, you've to effortlessly couple the two to witness an enormous result.

Hardwork doesn't necessarily mean lifting weights and sweating under the sun.. If that is your definition of hardwork, then it's highly flawed.

I quiet agree with op.. Hardwork doesn't equal success. What makes you successful is your smartness and ability to take hold of an opportunity when they surface. My motto have always been, success doesn't happen by accident. You really have to work hard for it, coupled with smartness.

If success is by working under rain and sun, then these block industry guys should be richest in the world. For me, i'm very lazy.. But I'm financially free today, not because I am hard working, but because I'm smart working

What causes pimples? I think if we can answer this question, we'll be able to know how this can be abated. Pimple is usually caused when the pores in your skin gets blocked as a result of dirt or bacteria.. I for example have been battling with pimple, perhaps from my mother's womb, I don't even know when it began..

Lots of people said it's caused by groundnut. Even after stopping it, it didn't improve my skin condition. Believe me, my face was the roughest skin on earth and it really affected my self esteem.. The worst is the black spots.. There's no skin cream that I didn't use.. It was depressing.

HOW DID I MANAGE TO DEAL WITH IT?

If you're to see me right now, you'll probably call me a model cause my face is the smoothest in town, with cute pink lips.. Now let me tell you how I did it

1. Stop using sponge to wash your face.. You only make it worst cause your skin will get inflammed and as thus, worsen your condition.

2. Stop picking the pimples. This might seem hard, but try.. Your hand is a house to bacteria, touching your face often isn't really a wise decision.

3. Wash your face two times a day, in the morning around 8am, and evening, around 4pm. When washing your face, don't use sponge.. Take a soap, run it on your face. Treat it like an egg always.. Don't scrub to avoid having your skin inflammed. Use your hand and do the job.

Lemme repeat this again, STOP picking those pimples.. Stop touching your face....

Compress some of your images b4 use,

Remove some hard rendering scripts, JavaScript can stay anywhere in you DOM, remove some from your<head></head> tag.

Remove some plugins, they are all scripted apps, especially those for seo they most reserve a space for themselves in your head tag.

Use your hand and do the seo, I'll tell you how you'll do it.

Thanks for your suggestions.. I have a plugin that automatically compress images.. All my plugins are recommended and relevant.. Actually, my site speed was superb until last month when my server went down.. When it was brought back up, the speed drastically reduced. I have complained and the host seem not to know what to do, despite my domain being in a vps server.

I just installed cloudfare and it will take about 24hrs before it propagate properly..

I will look into my head tags.. I think I have some google verification codes that are no longer relevant.. Will take them out immediately..

Thanks so much.. I think you're right, the speed is not impressive at all and my host is not doing anything about it.. I was adviced to install cloudfare, I will do that and see if it will improve the speed. Can't wait till January to port to a new host.
