Can someone help me tell them that elections are not cancelled just because shinedu, shukuma and Shukudi are not happy with the outcome?

Their ignorance is wierd!

They are calling for the installation of an interim government when there is a valid tenure yet to be exhausted and there is already a validly elected president in waiting. They should know that even when the validity of the mandate of the president elect is in question, it is the responsibility of Presidential election tribunal to adjudicate on the matter. The issue of interim government has no place in our constitution.

So because he is INEC president elect he should hide inside the house to be writing letters 😆😅

I never knew there was a law that prohibited INEC President elect from making public speeches. My bad. Abeg I like attend your school. Lmao.

Welcome to my school, i am up to task to school you.

As a president-elect who will hit the ground running from the first day in office, he doesn't have free time gallivanting radio stations and media houses making speeches. Now is time to assemble a formidable team that will actualize the agenda in his policy document. Jagaban is busy analyzing the thousands of human resource choices available to him for the humungous tasks ahead. Buhari failed in this aspect, that was why it took him about six months to appoint ministers. Trust Jagaban, from May 29, 2023 you can have a hint of how well his administration will fare.

For your mind Governor Soludo is struggling to be relevant. For your education, note that Soludo is more politically relevant in Nigeria having been governor of Central Bank of Nigeria with sterling performance, he birthed the consolidation of banks in Nigeria which led to the emergence of stronger banks, he introduced the 1000 naira bill. He is the current Governor of Anambra state doing wonders that Pitobi could not do while in office.

On a normal day, the INEC president elect is supposed to give a public speech. Now, we nor dey see the INEC president elect when dey give the speech. Even Buhari is more Visible than Tinubu.

I pity Nigerians.🤐

He should give public speech as the new president of Nigeria abi? Which school did you attend sef?
Anyways, for your education. Asiwaju is only president-elect, he will become the substantive president from 29th of May when the tenure of President Buhari would have expired. Let this sink please.

Dude is very funny ooo.

One of the reliefs seeks the annulment or nullification of the election (never again in Nigeria) and the conduct of a new election where 2nd respondent (Jagaban), 3rd Responded (Atiku) and 4th respondent (kwankwanso, i guess) will not participate!
What a lame relief! Guy want to run election with the likes of Sowore, Kola Abiola and co.

With this petition, the case has ended even before it started.

On what ground would you say INEC should disqualify a candidate and not eligible to contest.

That INEC should disregard the vote of the 1st and 2nd respondent, and hence declare the 1st petitioner as the winner. Then what should Atiku that came 2nd with over 6.8m votes do?

I think some SANs need to think deeply before filing a petition because these are pre-election matters that is the responsibility of the party not the opposition.

Well, it would be interesting to see the outcome of the Tribunal but honestly I expected something solid from the Obi's legal team and not this joke.

Apt!

Opposition indeed, not a single governor with clear lead. Even Abia and Enugu have to be declared inconclusive because of inability to clearly determine a winner. Nothing serious can come out of labour party, wait and see.

That shows that Peter Obi is the most popular politician in Nigeria today. The labour party does not have the structure and personalities to win any state. It was Peter Obi personal profile that won the 12 states.

Neither Tinubu nor Atiku can acheive that.

The only politicain who has acheive similar feat is Buhari.

In 2011, he won almost the entire NW and NE. However in Guber election, his party ,CPC won only one state , Nassarawa.

How many governors did Labour party win in this election?

One thing I have noticed in life is that if you associate with a winner, you'll always win. If you support a loser, you will always lose.

G-5 were five deviant Governors of the PDP.

Wike, Makinde, Ortom , Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu.

Wike and Makinde went with a serial winner, Tinubu, because of logic.

Ortom, Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu supported a serial loser, Pandora, because of emotions.

Tinubu won. Wike's successor has won. Makinde has been reelected. They've achieved their political goals excellently against the claims of Obidîots that they will go into oblivion

Ortom failed his Senatorial bid and lost his State to the APC in the Gubernatorial elections.

Ugwuanyi failed his Senatorial bid.

Ikpeazu failed his Senatorial bid and is currently losing his State to the LP.

Patriots, lift your heads up high in pride!
Don't be sore losers but be optimistic.

You will be successful in all areas of your life as long a you celebrate the victory of a successful man. His tenure will favour you. You will buy that car, build that house and marry that sweet potato under Asiwaju's reign.

If you're quoting me, it should be to say Amen! I'm prophesying right now!

Amen
Politics / Re: Lagos Election: Chinedu Rhodes-vivour Hallucinating After Sanwo-Olu’s Win – APC by francotunsco: 10:31am On Mar 20, 2023
PremiumTech:
I think many people in the APC lacks emotional intelligence.

1. They are so blinded that they failed to understand that they are further widening our already fragile unity.

2. I am a Yoruba, but the kind of divide that Tinubu and the so called elders set in motion will hunt the entire country for a very long time.
We were not allowed to join the queue on Saturday because they say we didn't look like Yorubas. I mean, what an injustice?
Just to have access to the state funds and continue looting our money.

3. GRV is more Lagosian that Tinubu, Sanwo Olu, Fashola and every others combined. None of these people are originally from Lagos. Tinubu is from Iragbiji in Osun state, Sanwolu from Ondo and all. GRV's father is an "original" Lagosian. So I wonder how this being an Igbo came into play in the first place.

4. Tinubu's son is married to a foreigner (non Nigerian), Tinubu's wife is originally an Itsekiri lady, Tinubu is from Osun state. I just can't process this whole Lagos take over by Igbos.

So if tomorrow Seyi Tinubu decides to contest, I hope the same people should be able to tell him that he's an alien and not a Lagosian?

5. How some baales and oba heartlessly joined in the destruction is what is left of our heritage baffles me. I thought they were elders.

6. And I ask again, where's the receipt or any evidence of Igbos saying Lagos is no man's land and that they want to take over Lagos? I thought that people would demand for evidences before they joined in causing this indelible enmity or hatred?

It is so sad that people don't think about the consequences of their actions before venturing into injustice.

The little trust is broken and it will backfire even in the APC because some southeasterners are members of the APC too.

I pity you and your lame innocence. You obviously dont know nada.

Children need to be protected from the current heated political environment.

If every young student is able to bring articles or materials wrapped in political colours, this will introduce new levels of competition and it is only a matter of time before they start bullying and attacking one another on the basis of who supports or doesn't support a particular party.

Before long, students will start coming to school with 'Vote APC' water bottle, 'Vote Labour' lunch box, 'Vote PDP' sweater. Parents too will get involved and start fighting in school compounds. Where will it all end.

We need to keep these things out of school and give these children time to grow up in peace.

That said, the head of school's comment is absolutely disgraceful.

Bandwagon is always difficult to tame until it becomes crystal clear that they are on the wrong path.
