really strong bench.
any of those guys can come and have a very strong impact on the game.
am a bit worried about Schneiderlin we paid quite a bit for this guy, hopefully he will get his chance. same as my Ninja depay wey no even make bench today
I feel sorry for Depay. He's far behind in the pecking order during league games. Rashford is more versatile and can play on as CF and on both wings even better than Depay. Going by Jose's words, i think he rates Memphis, so we should expect to see him during cup games and Europa.

That is asking him to look for a club. Gaal sold Nani. Chikena!

Even after his first year from loan, he didn't give him any chance to return.

The other thing is, that 3-5-2 is the worst thing to happen to United.
Moyes should be blamed for giving him a fat contract and while limiting his opportunities. LVG eventually came in and sealed his fate and exit. I blame both of them (and Nani himself to a little extent). But i blame LVG most and i really dislike him.

Lmaooooo grin
If only you had settled down to understand my point instead of allowing your high estrogen to becloud your reasoning!
You were the one who failed to understand Bigkesh and that's why he ended up disagreeing with you and he gave you the reply you deserved. He made that statement today so he knew exactly what he was talking about.
This is just simple logic!
-He said it looked like Barcelona were overpaying for Neymar! How much did Barcelona declare as his signing fee at that time? £49 million! When did reports that his transfer fee was much more than that get to the press? Was it not like close to a year later?

-So if someone claims he felt that Neymar was been overpaid for when they bought him, which fees would the person be referring to? The 49 million or the fees that was announced latter on?

From this my statement;

-it shows I knew the fee was above the £49 million and I wasn't hiding it. For heavens sake why would I try to lie when I know the case was so popular grin
So all these your fraud and lies tantrums are just balderdash!
Another lie from you; He didn't say; ''...when it looks like they were overpaying"

Instead he actually said; "...when it looks like they are overpaying"

Big difference. Figure it out and stop trying to change words to suit you.

Even petty semantics can't save you. So you were one wrong in the first place and all along because you failed to comprehend simple sentences/expression properly and instead jumped the gun to attack him. You even proved my point for me with this new reply.

Concerning Sterling - I got it from this site. The little difference between your figure and my figure doesn't matter, so don't make a case out of it.
I believe this link leads to the actual page you got your screenshot from; you failed to post it but i found it myself.
http://www.totalsportek.com/list/expensive-player-transfers-football-history/

The site is grossly unreliable and not always right, they get a lot of things wrong; just like transfer market at times. The Suarez fee reported there differs from the actual fee(leaked later). Even the Neymar's fee there is suspicious.
De Bruyne is Man City record signing confirmed by all sides so there's no way the cost of Sterling's transfer exceeds his. When i told you it was a lie, you should've gone online to confirm from reputable sources the actual fee instead cherry picking a poor source. That's what a reasonable person would've done instead of being illogical while peddling falsehood, and spared his/herself the embarrassment.

The little differences matter a lot because you chose to quote one fee for Sterling and another for Neymar and that's shameful. For example going by the fees for both Sterling and Neymar according to that your single useless site totalsportek, Neymar's is far higher than Sterling's and instead you were debating Sterling costs more than Neymar. Maybe that's why you posted only the screenshot instead of the link because you know that even using that site(as your evidence) would expose you further grin

You should be seriously ashamed.

BTW, my club is known for success, we just won the UCL last year! Can't say the same about your club.
Is this your last resort or what? What has this got to do with the discussion?
Another stupid post from you. It's the same levels of stupidity in you that pushed you to ask Bigkesh the last time a player from his club made the Ballon d'or podium and i'm sure you are still suffering from the effects of the reply you got due to that silly question. How can i forget so soon?
"... behave like the electric potential in your brain is controlled by NEPA." grin

You just won the CL last year? Good but that's history already. I support Man United and my club is known for success and has great history too so simply shut up!

Mr I-too-know, how much was touted as Neymar's transfer fee before he arrived Barcelona? £48 million

From his statement, he was obviously referring to this figure, except Neymar's father told him in secret that the real amount was more than £70 million.
Shut up. You're only displaying the traits your club Barcelona is known for; Telling lies and engaging in fraud.

The touted fee is irrelevant because that's not the actual amount Barcelona paid. Obviously your vice president then failed to report the actual fee and he even got charged with fraud. We are talking of how much Barcelona paid to get Neymar and the actual fees were so ridiculously high and differ from what was reported. Use the Internet; you can't claim ignorance as excuse here.

He even admitted the truth recently; http://www.espnfc.com/barcelona/story/2905573/neymar-cost-barcelona-more-than-%C3%A2%E2%80%9A%C2%AC100m-president-joesp-maria-bartomeu

Another issue with the case; https://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/jun/14/barcelona-agree-fine-neymar-tax-fraud

Neymar didn't cost £48.6m or €57.1. He cost about €100m.

see below

Neymar's transfer at the time was actually a world record but you guys just had to get your hands dirty while getting him. While that's not really my concern, you shouldn't use it as an example of prudent spending and say Bigkesh was wrong. He was entirely spot on.

Another lie of your's is Sterling's fee. He didn't cost £55m not even with the bonuses. It was De Bruyne that costed that amount.
I initially told you to move on from this so i wouldn't embarrass you but you refused; I've changed my mind.

I can make things even more difficult for you, why don't you provide evidence that support the falsehood you told of Sterling's transfer costing £55m like i did with reputable sources for Neymar?

It seems like the constant action potential to your brain is making it fatigued and it has affected your sense of judgment.
This is A player that was chased by every big club in the world and had already made a name for himself on the international scene?
How does paying £48.6 million look like overpaying for such a player especially even after a year later, Sterling was bought for about £55 million? And not to forget that Real Madrid were willing to pay more.
He doesn't fit that classification..

This is what happens when you just jump in ridiculously to attack a conversation you aren't even prepared for; you have to resort to telling lies.
Reducing the cost of Neymar's transfer while increasing Sterling's; Telling lies from both sides of the mouth almost simultaneously.
I advise you move on from this, it could still get worse for you.

So where on the pitch is called 'different third'?
I honestly don't know what you're cherry-picking at instead of answering my question. Rooney was losing possession in the midfield and the final third(or attacking third before you get confused again) and there's the last third(defense). These are the different thirds on the pitch i meant but you just needed an explanation from me because you thought i didn't know i was saying and would've been glad to prove me wrong. grin

Now answer my question.

Only three players have more pass accuracy than Rooney. Mata just slightly above him. Rooney even had 7/9 accurate long balls.

Again Mata had same number of unsuccessful touches as Rooney (4), even though Mata spent less time on the pitch. So why is it that it is only Rooney’s own you saw?

My guy the season is just starting, some of these players are still getting match fitness. Only Eric Bailly has been training since June.
That doesn't show how many times we lost possession in different thirds due to Rooney bad touches and control especially when attacking.

I believe Martial case was not helped by Luke inability to get forward like Valencia.
I think Shaw goes forward decently enough. It's just that the synergy between Martial and him has been quite poor, and that's what limiting our attacking play down the left hand side.

Valencia was very impressive though. He plays like he can run the right flank completely on his own.

This is 2016 not some 6 years ago or something. England should better support Guardiola because he's here to correct their woeful performance in continental competitions.

Guardiola at Barcelona 2009 = Spain's 2010 world cup

Guardiola at Bayern 2013 = Germany's 2014 world cup

Guardiola at City 2017 =

Let's hope England embrace his philosophy.
Pep became Barcelona's manager in 2008 not 2009 and Spain already won the Euros 2008 before Pep even started the season as Barcelona's manager, so the 2010 world cup win wasn't far fetched either. Aragones' Spain was actually more impressive to watch than Bosque's variant which continued the run of success.

If England fails to win the world cup in 2018, you guys would say it's because the English team is cursed and always terrible and hasn't won anything in a long time because their players are bad.
But if the English team wins the world cup, you guys would say it's because of Pep and hype him to heavens

It's very petty using such induced coincidences without considering the given conditions at various points in time to rate Pep. He's a great manager but not a god. Raumdeuter has been saying such silly things for a while now and you Barcelona folks have again gotten on the train.

I think some pretty good explanations have come up.

Whatever it was, i don't think it was carried out well and that's why it's so noticeable. You don't go from using Lahm/Alaba directly to Sagna/Clichy without experiencing issues when trying to play the same way. I don't know how much coaching would improve them but i guess Pep is gonna bring in his own players to replace them eventually.

Pogba is goal record is excellent for an AM already and he's already far ahead of his growth curve than Bale was when Madrid signed him.

In reality Pogba is already a world class player but he has the potential to be even better, and it's no susprise most folks are always guilty of overrating him, while others underrate him. The latter is more prevalent these days.

At 23, he has already made an appearance on the world best XI. Bale has never come close to that level of achievement in his entire career and he's already 27. Bale isn't that good sef grin
We overpaid for Pogba no doubt but a player is only worth what you can spend on him, especially in this market. People should make peace with the price and stop coming up with crazy expectations and demands from him. He's not responsible for the price.

To put things into perspective, they said the previous world record Bale's fee was only justifiable for attackers like Ronaldo etc that score so many goals. But in 3 seasons at Madrid, Bale's average goal per season is actually less than 20 goals. I prove this on some other thread. He certainly hasn't justified the fee, so what people are claiming now is simply revionism.
