I remember March 2018 when we were getting speculations for Calls to be made to pick our letters, this is March 2019 and by month end, the final batch will be going for their Training. Not only will the last batch be going for training this month, they (all new entrants) have collected two upfront payments for 2018 and 2019 and every other emolument that should be accorded to staff as at now, so I'm wondering why people are still hoping for one imaginary list from somewhere. This information is irrelevant, We weren’t there when Mr Ladan gave you and “them” this assurance for merit candidates. We can’t as well ask Mr Ladan if this is true, you being here is just to portray DPR in good light (looking at your track record you haven’t post one single original information about merit APLs that is true).

Before we know it’d be a year since the first batch of stakeholders got their APLs that actually a cause for worry. So many intelligent minds that merit this job are waiting, they and their families need this employment far more than those it is being shared to through crooked channels.

If you feel the need to post information about merit APLs, post information that can be verified and give a specific timeline then we are sure you know what you are talking about.

He isn't informed. There is a second batch and contacting them is actually dependent on the outcome of the election because Buhari has plans for DPR in this second term. The exact time the second batch candidates will be called is unknown to anyone, it is actually top secret. The more reason why I personally don't buy the idea of the speculations; let's allow DPR do their thing.

DPR management, especially Shakur are not totally insensible. During the recruitment, they took note of some candidates who scored very high marks on merit and will be utilized for the plan Buhari has for DPR (which I mentioned earlier). They know most stakeholders' candidates don't deserve the job and will not be efficient and effective.

My advice: Get busy with your life as if DPR does not exist, let them call when they deem fit and stop waiting for speculations. NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE knows when we will be contacted, not even the staff in Corporate service.

If they don’t call this week, it isn’t my fault but rest assured that people will pick up APLs this month. The DPR have been very secretive about this second batch. They don’t need pressure from any person or group.
The Director has told those he has promised to be patient. Some candidates who confirmed their names on the merit list followed up the selection process & their names were included on the second list. Like I said, not everyone on the merit list will be called due to the limited number of available slots.
