This is a big LIE!...i study in New Horizons and i know this staff Gloria Akpan, she is not what you say she is...she really encouraged me to take up this training even when i did not have the money too,she allowed me to pay as when i have the money...so this is NOT TRUE!...New Horizons will pay you your money..i had an outstanding of 45,000 with them, i was told i can use it for any other training or Exam. I am very sure your friend was not patient, because New Horizon and their staff are not scammed. Let me ask did you pay into her personal account?
