Pastor David lbiyeomie of Salvation Ministries has enjoined Christains to be weary of persons who ask them for coconut, incense, candles, water, in order to conduct deliverance-as such a practice is alien to the Christain faith, and is not documented anywhere in the Bible.
He warned that such persons who demand for coconut are magicians, and not prophets as many are led to believe.

The man lies down on the debris and a comrade puts a thick concrete block on his chest, before smashing it with a sledgehammer.

The scene was part of a pain-defying display put on by the North Korean army for the opening of a defence exhibition this week that showcased the nuclear-armed country’s weapons.

The soldiers – some in uniform, others topless – punched their way through layers of concrete bricks, or broke them with their heads.

Leader Kim looked on clapping and smiling, surrounded by officers and with his sister and close adviser Kim Yo Jong at his side, footage on state broadcaster KCTV showed Tuesday.

Korea has a long tradition of martial arts, including its indigenous sport of taekwondo – developed by a South Korean general who later fell out with the South’s military-backed leader Park Chung-hee and became a frequent visitor to Pyongyang, where he died in 2002.

It is now often used by the North to symbolise its military prowess.

“These soldiers, embraced and raised by our party, have demonstrated to the whole world the strength, bravery and morale of the Korean People’s Army,” newsreader Ri Chun Hee – North Korea’s most famous presenter – said over the images.

And Ri did not forget to declare the source of the participants’ strength. It was “bestowed upon them by our dear leader Kim Jong Un”, she said.

The arms exhibition is part of the commemorations for the anniversary of the foundation of the governing Workers’ Party.

On Tuesday at the Defence Development Exhibition, Kim said his country’s weapons development was necessary in the face of “hostile” policies from the US and a military buildup in South Korea that is destabilising the peninsula, state media reported.
Pyongyang was only increasing its military in self-defence and not to start a war, Kim said in a speech, according to a report by state news agency KCNA.

Kim has overseen rapid progress in Pyongyang’s banned nuclear weapons and ballistic missile programmes, which have earned it multiple international sanctions.

In one video posted to several Twitter accounts, Miller can be seen being hurriedly escorted backward by officers in the lobby through a metal detector, which nearly comes crashing down. Miller falls backward.

The video shows Miller, clutching a legal notepad in his right arm, on the ground for roughly 90 seconds before he returns to his feet. Bystanders can be heard requesting an ambulance.

It is unclear whether Miller received any medical treatment. He did not return messages Wednesday seeking comment.

County spokesman Erik Pappa said Tuesday that the incident was under review.

Nigerian Air Force (NAF) pilot has survived after bandits shot down the fighter jet on the boundaries of Zamfara and Kaduna State.

Reports on Sunday said a NAD fighter jet  battling bandits had crashed in Kaduna, with details sketchy.
But on Monday, the NAF issued a statement confirming the crash, saying that Flight Lieutenant Abayomi Dairo, the pilot of the fighter jet survived.

Director of Public Relations and Information, Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet, in a statement said the pilot  survived after he successfully ejected from the aircraft.
According to him, on 18 July, 2021, at about 12.45 pm, a Nigerian Air Force (NAF) Alpha Jet aircraft, returning from a successful air interdiction mission between the boundaries of Zamfara and Kaduna State, came under intense enemy fire which led to its crash in Zamfara State.
“Luckily, the gallant pilot of the aircraft, Flight Lieutenant Abayomi Dairo, successfully ejected from the aircraft,’ the statement said.
Dairo said using his survival instincts, the pilot, who came under intense ground fire from the bandits, was able to evade them and sought refuge in nearby settlements awaiting sunset.
According to the statement Dairo was able to escape from several bandits’ strongholds by using the cover of darkness and his phone set for navigation and maneuvered his way to a Nigerian Army Unit, where he was finally rescued. �: @sexydjbabylynn

Food vendor cries bitterly after Ebonyi Commissioner allegedly disposed her coolers of food

A food vendor has accused the Ebonyi State Commissioner for Abakaliki Capital Territory, Barr. Onyekachi Nwebonyi, of disposing her coolers of food.

The incident reportedly happened in Abakaliki, the state capital on Monday morning, July 5, 2021.

According to the victim, the Commissioner and his team poured her food on the floor and inside the gutter.
