Phones / Re: Want To Change Your Blackberry?which Device Are You Getting Passport Or Classic? by Glock9(m): 9:53pm On Dec 22, 2014
Passport for me. Its a mobile powerhouse that's a standard on its own. The design is unusual and catchy. The screen real estate is the best in its class. Also, the battery life is tellar.

To continue, the build material is world class. It doesn't ben! Whats not to love about the phone.

It's revolutionary and very hard to copy. I am getting a red passport in January.

That's what happens when our education is guided by only read, cram and pass without doing something like quantitative and IQ reasoning.

Also, common sense is innate. You can't teach that in school.

Family / Re: Something You Saw As A Child, That No One Saw Or Believes You Till This Day. by Glock9(m): 5:15am On Nov 20, 2014
I was in front of our house at about 8:30 when I saw a huge bird flying and it suddenly dropped in front of a pole close to our fence. Next thing I saw, a guy walked out of the same spot almost immediately. I was terribly shocked!

Am a young guy in ma late twenties,am tall and slim and as much as I love moderate and slim girls,I always get a lot of attention from extremely fat ladies, most of whom I met while working with one of d banks in Abuja and it has become much of a bother to me.most of these Ladies are always bothering to come to my place but I always give one excuse of not being at home.am Damn confused cos some of dem are already getting the impression dat am delibrately avoiding them.Even my buddies are constantly angry with me for not sleeping with these ladies and dumping them.but as someone Who doesn't trample on ladies emotion I can't do that.how do I tell these ladies am not interested in Fat ladies without causing any harm.

Destiny beckons.
Agriculture / Re: Nigeria Exports $10bn Raw Cocoa Annually <<FALSE>> by Glock9(m): 7:54am On Nov 04, 2014
One will have to wonder what the composition of the export is. Who are the major producers/exporters of cocoa in the country?

How is this estimated as the value alone is over 30% of the annual budget.
Business / Re: Differences Between An Entrepreneur And A Hustler by Glock9(m): 1:27pm On Nov 03, 2014
post=27672389:
Nice one. It depends on the country you are from. The word hustler in Naija (forget your dictionary and stick with Olamide) means, "Someone who strives to become successful"

Well said. The Nigerian definition if a hustler is someone who struggles until he becomes a success.

Education / Re: Most Difficult Universities To Make First-Class In Nigeria? by Glock9(m): 1:24pm On Nov 03, 2014
9jaforlife:
There is no way the list can be complete without UNILORIN on it, the lecturers even boast in class with statements like "the last time we produced a first class student in this faculty was in 1977". A lecturer once told me in class that "only God could score an A in his course"

I soo disagree with UNIBADAN on this list... That school places priority on its students' good performance and it produces first class students regularly

Unilorin is very notorious for that. My Faculty didn't produce a First Class candidate until 2009. Since 1977. Some idiot lecturers will tell you A is for God, B is for them and C for the geniuses in the class.

Same idiots that have been struggling to become Professors since I was in Primary School.

I know the proximity one has to co-workers can trigger or engender some feelings and emotions that run deep as time passes on.

It's sometimes hard to keep an air of professionalism when the one you love is constantly in your face and thoughts.

Please, I need concrete advice on how best to handle things as I don't want to make a fool of myself.

Thanks.
