Hi Aghogho,

Despite your withdrawal, it is clear the agent put in an application for you and went to initiate a chargeback claim on the application fee, instances such as this, it is very delicate to fashion a response, but I will try to offer some suggestions.
1. Pay the application fee that is being requested with your own card or a trusted person's card.
2. You need to tell them that you requested for assistance for the payment of the application fee when you could not use your card due to Fx restrictions and that the card holder had confirmed to you that payment had been and that the fact the application was transmitted convinced you that the payment was duly paid, but that you have paid the fee now to show that you did not deliberately decide to pay for the application.
3. You can also claim that you did not appoint anyone to act on your behalf, that you only had, an advisory relationship with the person, who was advising you on how to put in your application, that at no point did you appoint anyone to act as your rep.
You can develop this and hope for the best.
Please also wait for other member's pitch. You can also search on the closed thread for some people who had this same issue.[/quote]

This is my little insight phamoxy,

1 How much do you earn as income to accumulated 17m plus as your opening balance ?

2. You said your opening balance is 17m and the closing balance is 19m + from the gcm note you attached, how many month bank statement do you submitted? Because is just 2m+ income added to the opening balance of 17m+ that making your closing balance 19m+

3. What is your income and how many months bank statement do you submitted? Because if you read your note very well they said there is limited evidence pertaining to the source on stated funds ?

If you can provide like 1 yrs bank statement to justify how you accumulated 17m as your opening balance? Do you used this bank account to received lumps sum money from sales of any properties or whatever?

4. The 2m + that added with your opening balance to make your closing balance of 19m+ as justify from your income to determine if 17m+ is acquired from your income?

Solution I will suggest is that you should present 1 yrs or more to proof how you raised the 17m+ as your opening balance, if there's any payments that accumulated the funds in your account you need to show the proof with documents to back it up .

Your payslips can only justify if your income within period you added 2m+ that making your closing balance of 19m+ corelate with your earning,

For example if you are earning 500k monthly in 4 month that would be 2m, meaning that you submitted only 4 month bank statement with opening balance of 17m+?

Or let say you are earning less than 500k how do you accumulated 17m+ with income less than 500k monthly ?

Note: They believe you will have a monthly expenses and what left after your monthly expenditures?

Please you need to work on your bank statement to see if there's any lumps sum in your account, and try to explain if there's any lumps sum with evidence.

Sorry to ask, pls the use of property sale deposited as lump sum, does one need to attach sale receipt, or sales agreement drawn, or that actual land deed. Pls help, am a newbie, thank you
Sorry for the refusal. Yes you can use property sale deposited as lump sum. However, be ready to demonstrate the availability of the funds by making a school expenses either paying tuition or doing GIC. Also, it's important to note that you must be careful and package your sop to be detailed and convincing that you will return. That's where your economic and home ties comes in because selling an asset off to fund your education could be interpreted as you selling off your stuffs with no intention of leaving Canada especially if your economic ties are weak and you have no much other assets left after selling off one.

Order for Gcms notes. But before then, what exactly was the content of the sponsorship letter? Were they to cover the full sponsorship? What documents did the company submit? Did you submit your statement of acct, payslips etc? Was your statement of acct holding unexplained lump sums and were the funds there sufficient to cover your living expenses, Miscellaneous cost??

Pls, I am about starting my visa application process, my boss wants to write me a letter of recommendation from work, how should it be addressed? Pls help

If you have a family member or friend in Canada, you can ask him or her to invite you, but if not, you can plan a vacation trip with your wife and kids.

You will need documents to support your application. The IRCC's new portal focuses on the following documents:

National identity number: Attach a copy of your NIN, if you have one.

Passport and travel documents: include a copy of your travel passport.

Proof of funds: include your 6-month bank statement that shows you have funds to cover the trip expenses. Add any other financial documents you have.

Employer letter: include a letter from your employer, your business documents, and your payslips.

Additional documents: Here you can include all other documents that you know will help your application especially documents that show Home ties. Documents like a marriage certificate, kids birth certificates, kids school records, family photos, visa cover letter, trip itinerary, proof of accommodation, previous visas if you have any, and any other documents you want to add.

You can also read previous posts to see the documents that other successful applicants used to support their applications.
