Nigeria football is finished. We are living on Old Glory. No country will fear us again. See the stadium , the Zibabwearn fans are jubilating as if they have won the world cup already. No hope for this team. I don't know how much Pasero collected from Uzoho. This is a disgrace to the nations.

The place is just like that . That is what used to be in diaspora. Even in some places in the UK, it is like that. Oyinbo people don't walk up and down like Nigerian .In an isolated areas like that , they get access to populated areas with their cars. Don't use this to discourage people back home. With time , you will get use to the environment.

First and foremost, don't expose them to cold weather. Don't let him drink ice water because of their chest. Avoid heavy food to reduce stress on their digestive systems. On herbal medications ,use cloves daily at least two buds in a day. Take Tumeric powder, green tea and cinnamon powder. On therapeutic medication, always take daily pain killer at least twice a day. Treat for malaria every week. Take alternate amoxicillin cap 500 mg daily every alternate days. Take vitamin c 2000mg daily. Folic acid and vitamin b complex every day. Eat good food and fruits. And of course drink water very well every day.

You guys can never think of learning better skills?

Behaving like refuse scavengers all over the world. I'm not talking down on the skills you wrote there but considering the fact that 90% of people that considers japa are the graduates, putting up these skills is annoying.

Graduate should think above these.
Even as a graduate, they can still learn the profession as second job. The job that employe people is Health and social. A lot of japas don't like putting pads on an elderly people. Their faeces smell like mad. They are doing it because they don't have options. That is the reasons why a lot of them are always upset when they are at work in a care homes.

All these Carebians/Americans ladies with penchant for sexual intercourse need to be very careful to avoid falling into the hands of guys that will be requesting money from her every week . Later they will stop communicating with her if the money is not getting into their hands. There are several fraudsters nowadays amongs boys and girls pretending to love people in order to get money from them and later come around to say they are busy to respond to calls or to send messages.
