It can be anyone, be it a normal/casual friend, a family friend, an employer, a fiance/fiancee, etc. As far as the person is qualified (meets all conditions/requirements) for that purpose.

So it must not necessarily be a relative or family member.

Biko where can one get this waec direct scratch card? I've moved round port Harcourt, even gone to the waec office, its just the one printed on white they have.

I need clarifications on some issues on the visa application form.

1. The section 9, "I intend to stay no longer than twelve months in the Federal territory and apply for a visa that covers the whole of my stay" do I thick that or leave it blank?

2. "Trade or profession for which you have trained...", I studied Engineering buh haven't practiced for a day, do I leave that blank?

I think you need a date at least 6weeks to the end of your enrollment. Just keep checking. Same issue here o

1. Open account for 10 people with at least 200k in each account
2. Provide a surety with at least 2milion naira in his account to serve as Training bond. This means after the 4 months training school, you must work for the bank for 2 years or else if u want to resign , you will pay the bank 2 million naira.
3. Provide 2 different sureties who are managers in a financial industry, blue chip companies or some one at level 16 in government. With their account details, incase u cause any damage in d bank,they will be held responsible.

No one is saying anything about booking an appointment eh. How's it possible there would be no available date from now till March? Someone EPP a brother. What do I do? Enrollment for my course starts by March to end on April 12th. And I need to book a date at least 6weeks to the end of the enrollment
