Luckyomon:D least AC score ws mentioned in one of the 3 TS centres. It had ntn to do with test scores. Besides, Success in AC has a lot more to do with experience and soft skills |

Firstbatch was selected based on thr AC scores. The least AC score for thr batch was 70%. My words may sound hurtful bt its d truth. I ws jst trying to say we shld be treated better dan we are now. I apologise for talkn too much, its nt my fault too. |

It feels like the first batch candidates are the real successful candidates, real MVPs while the rest of us are d expendables, the afterthought. They had the highest assessment scores anyway so its fair bt i still feel terrible. HCMD First bank can do better |

Or cases of missing or destroyed certificates wit no legitimate affidavit or any oda suitable replacement for it. I dnt tink u shld bother urself much, as long as u av all original required certificates nd av filled all spaces in all required forms correctly. Its rare to av a documentation problem |

Sonship9:I think the whole tin will kick off nxt year. Its obvious its nt a delay anymor bt a pause Firstly, i think d provision set aside for trainings this year has bn exhausted or d balance wil nt be enough to onboard d nxt batch Secondly, banks generally reduce thr expenses towards d end of the year so as to: 1. Record a higher profit which in turn reflects 2. Better earnings per share ( Ds positively influence stock market price) 3. A higher profit also means higher dividends for investors 4. Directors usually get bonuses based on annual profit, so a delay til nxt year means higher bonuses for dem These are my thoughts ooh!!, Am nt sure its true . Nevertheless, i stil see evryday as a new day nd vry hopeful smtn wil pop up 1 Like |
