For those dt tried dominating the group discussion nd for those dt kept interrupting others,
YOU WERE ALL LOSING POINTS AS MUCH AS YOU WERE GAINING THEM
Wt d assessors were asked to look at is teamwork, hw u cn work with others and also if you can contribute NEW and FEASIBLE solution
I also had a guy in my group dt tried to dominate d whole group discussion and one other guy dt kept interrupting evrybdy, d assessors behind dem were jst feeling sorry for them ( assessors were placed behind d candidates)
And trying to dominate or interrupt d group discussion only tells dem dt u r jst desperate to get a job.

About today at the AC

It was fun and hectic met nice and wonderful people old time friends and colleagues.
So to the real gist.
Got there few mins after 1 cos I was slated for 2pm. Normal signing in was done and we were all given a unique ID that carries no. and dat served as everyone's unique identifier.

We didn't start anything until 4pm.
We were addressed about the whole process we were about engaging in and we were all given a folder that holds everything we were meant to do.
Grouped based on our no.s randomly so if u come in with ur friend, u may not be in d same group.

Strtd the whole process with d group discussion. We were given topics in d main hall where we seated and the case study has to do with CBN with a new rule and how it affects Commercial banks.

Grouped into 8 then we went in for the discussions 5 mins to go tru the case study and 20 mins to discuss.
For my own group, Some1 acted as time keeper and anoda person acted as Sec. to get our points.
The group discussion was interesting make sure u contribute. I don't really know what accessory were looking out 4 but at least try to contribute.
Everybody talked in my group and d Sec. was just discussing what we all discussed b4 we were told time up. Mind u, we weren't interrupted tru out d discussion we were just accessed.
Back to the main hall for oda activities. While some groups were doing PP, some were writing essays, then some went for oral interviews so the process ain't sequential so every group were doing different things at the same time.

We were given light refreshment but I'm sure u will want to eat b4 leaving the house.

Interview questions
Introduce ur sef
Then scenario questions.
Such as time u were asked to do something against ur principle how u handled it
Time u were in a group of diverse culture how u handled the less supportive members and how u got the task done.
Question abt FBN products and services
What areas do u think dey need to develop on
Where has the coy done well
Questions abt FBN threw me off balance
I think non accting grads were asked questions abt why bank.

Every oda activities were based on the Case study
Essay. 20 mins
PP 20 mins to design, then 10 mins to present but my Accessors gave me 7 mins guess dey were trying to manage time
Grp discussions et all

OH we did what we call Personality test in PWC
Questionnaires that doesn't ve Right/wrong answers just U and who u Re and what u stand for.

I left around 8pm and it was a 4hr of serious drilling

Lest I 4gt everybody in HCP knows about Nairaland.com and perhaps this thread I guess that is why others didn't say much.

However I don't really see it as a fierce competition and I'm doing this not just for the sake of those of us doing it this Yr but those that would yrs 2 come just like we were able to visit 2016 thread and this thread seems to b the 1st job thread where members seems to b selfish with infos

I ve learnt from oda job thread that is why I feel owe this thread my own bit. Comments are always detailed.
You would even be surprised to see those that ve gone tru d process coming to hlp prospective members with advises and answering questions. Even jobs that has to do with Big 4s and Oil Company.

Iast last we go dey alright.
I drop my pen here.
. Oh I got home 9.30 and my house is very close obviously most would get home later than that.

I think HCP needs to look into this as much as we re job hunting Safety of applicants also matters.
I met a guy that said he has to get to Ibadan this night.
Bros/Sis, I salute you

Tougher? Funny..

Lagos comprises the SW region (6 states)
Enugu comprises the SS and SE regions (11 states)

What's obtainable in Abuja is also obtainable in Enugu, Kano and Lagos, as the assessment is being conducted objectively by the same organization.

So?
Well, goodluck to us all

That's a longer route. Take a bus from CMS, drop at Bonny Camp, enter a Keke and tell them the name of the hotel. It's easier that way. You charter if need be so that you'll be dropped right in front of the hotel. @goldimx

Waw... thnks
Appreciate it
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: First Bank 2019 Graduate Trainee Assessment Centre Invite by goldimx: 5:41pm On Mar 23, 2019
AbdulhafizBajeh:

Simply take a vehicle from CMS going to eko hotel roundabout, then get a bike or keke from there, fixing them the address description. For a keke, it shouldn't exceed #100.
Thank you very much!!
