OP that’s not the whole truth of what we read in US documents. Paragraph 7,8,9,10 are not correct. Two, ESN lacks financial power- a couple of days back, IPOB came online to solicit for funds to support ESN. How will they continue to keep ESN equipped with military hardwares if the funds are not there in the first place?
