What makes you think I don't have any experience of SS? undecided

Maybe YOU need to do research and figure why you would compare a contagious/infectious/degenerative disease to a genetic disorder
u did not get the massage we are trying to put across. the level at which people disregard advice given to them to cross-check their genetic compatibilities before marriage is annoying. By comparison, HIV anti retrovirus drugs are common these days, nd it can halt the virus and make one look good. but my brother, the rate at which a sickler suffer by taking constant drugs and yet looking malnourish, unhealthy and knowing fully well that u will die of the same illness is bad. u made mention of genetic disorder how does that sound to you? A genetic disorder or avoidable infectious HIV & AIDS?
And again, to Africans HIV & AIDS is an embarrassing illness while sickle cell anaemia is more appealing to us than the formal so therefore, most of us judged it by the impression.

Politics / Re: Pro-Biafran That Embarrassed Okorocha Handcuffed And Arrested (video) by Gwazah(m): 12:06pm On Mar 20, 2016
gartamanta:

Did you watch the video? The reason why the guy could do this to Okorocha is because it is in Britain, a civilised country where freedom of expression and the rule of law is adhered to. That's why when the guy confronted Okorocha, the people there did the civilised thing of calling the police and letting them dealing with it. But in Nigeria that is no where as civilised as Britain, where freedom of expression is non existent and the rule of law means nothing. If I decided to do to Okorohausa what this guy did to him in London, I would have been shot dead even before I got within a mile of Okorocha. There would be no point of me do that. Nigeria is too uncivilised for that yet.

OK
Politics / Re: Pro-Biafran That Embarrassed Okorocha Handcuffed And Arrested (video) by Gwazah(m): 7:24pm On Mar 19, 2016
gartamanta:
The guy had every right to confront Okorocha. It is his muderous APC Government that is shooting and killing unarmed protesters. Why should the guy keep quiet while his people are being killed for exercising their constitutionally guaranteed right to protest? If I had been in London, I would have done the same thing to Okorocha. The APC government is truly despicable.

I hope Nigerians are seeing how things are done in civilised countries? The Police put hancuffs on the guy and are calming him down while the trying to figure out what is going on. If it had been in Nigeria that the guy had confronted Okorocha, the animalistic tendency of the Nigerian security forces would have been in full swing and the guy would have been shot and killed. Africa still has a long way to go.
What have u done here in Nigeria where Okorocha is living? or does it mean u dont know his house or office?
just asking.

Food / Re: 5 Foods That Help You Sleep Better by Gwazah(m): 4:44am On Mar 13, 2016
Whizzcute:
Sleep is very important for your health and for the proper working condition of your body. Sleep helps you ease of stress and cool off your system. Sometimes you might face challenges to catch some sleep because of one thing or the other. But do you know there are some foods you can eat that will help you dose off faster?, well there are a good number of them. Instead of using sleeping pills to induce sleep, try any of the below listed foods and you will sleep till mama calls.

1. Bananas
Bananas are very rich in potassium and magnesium which are the two most effective nutrients for muscle relaxation. Amino acid L-tryptophan is also contained in bananas, these two nutrients are converted to 5-HTP in the brain. The 5-HTP is further converted to serotonin and melatonin which are the brain’s key calming hormones.

2. Milk
Just like bananas, milk contains amino acid l-trypophan which converts to 5-HTP to release serotonin which calms the brain. Also, milk is a very good source of calcium which helps to regulate and stabilize the brain and the nerve fibers.

3. Cooked Egg
Eggs are very rich in protein and that’s the major reason why it promotes good sleep. Too much consumption of foods that have high sugar or carbohydrate content is always a major reason why you have difficulties trying to sleep. Foods that are high in protein are very good for sleep and egg is not an exception.

4. Cherries
Cherries are one of those foods that are rich in melatonin. Researchers have discovered that melatonin is one of the most effective sleep-inducing nutrient or chemical. Try eating cherries like an hour before your sleeping time and have a good sleep.

5. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is another good option of foods to eat for a good sleep. Oatmeal is very rich in magnesium, silicon, calcium, potassium and phosphorous. These nutrients soothe your brain cells, calms your muscles and make you sleep well.

Try these foods and have a good sleep, when you sleep well you will be healthy.Don’t forget to share with others .
Thanks for reading

Career / Re: The Nigerian Army Salary Structure: How Much Is A Nigerian Soldier Paid? by Gwazah(m): 7:56am On Mar 05, 2016
This is the first time someone have come out with a real salary structure of Nigeria Army, that is all they pocket apart from special duty allowance, some times those allowances are more than ur salary, it depend, the money of private soldier is only 3000 more than that of constable in police. 2nd Lieutenant 120000 is 2000 more than Assistant Superintendent of Police, which is equivalent in rank, just a slit difference. The Army, Navy, Airforce salary is de same, they have a unify salary structure its a law, only allowances are differs. Sometimes I wonder why security operatives with high risk pocket the list salary, but this only happen in Nigeria. its pays more to be a criminal than to be a security personnel in this country because the law even protect the criminal more than u after earning much from his/her dubious act.

There is nothing such as impossibilities in the game of football. In football, anything can happen. And you Barcelona faithfuls/supporters are making it seem like Barcelona is matching up against a team like Apoel or Nottingham forest. Even if it's those teams Barcelona is coming up against, you still can't confidently with 100% sureness, claim that Barcelona will win.

Let me ask you a simple question. Do you bet? If you do, then would you bet 10,000,000 Naira on Nairabet or Bet9aija that Barcelona would beat Arsenal at the Emirates?
we are on now, seeing is believing.

A debit of NGN50.00 occurred on your A/C XXXXXX. Date:19-02-2016 at 03:58 Details:CBN STAMPDUTY:03FEB2016

I don't know what the stamp duty is for and why I was only charged for the months of January and February when I've been using the account for a long time.
What aroused my curiosity more is the fact that the transaction was made simultaneously with just 2 days interval.

But can anyone mention any Tiv man having reasonable appointment under this man's regime?
He has forgotten we came a long way when they (Fulani) stole our first and only cow, we have No option than to leave rearing for farming. Yar-adua will not be forgotten by Tivs.

Education / Re: 7 English Words Nigerians Use Everyday Which Don't Exist. by Gwazah(m): 3:50pm On Feb 05, 2016
BrightEye:
Here are 7 words Nigerians use every day which don’t exist. These are the kind of words you type into your phone or computer and it draws a red line underneath it. Please read on and educate yourself.

(1.) GO- SLOW Although the word ‘go-slow’ appears in the dictionary, it is wrongly used by many Nigerians. The word go-slow means a form of industrial action in which work or progress is deliberately delayed or slowed down. It does not mean congested traffic, so it is wrong to use it in that way.

(2.) INSTALMENTALLY There is no such word in the English dictionary, this word exists only in the Nigerian edition dictionary (if such a book exists). The correct thing to say is ‘in installments’

(3.) OPPORTUNED How many times do you say ‘I was not opportuned to come’? The correct variants that exist are ‘opporteune’ or ‘opportunity’. The word ‘opportune’ has no past tense.

(4.) CUNNY “That guy is very cunny”. This is wrong, the word is ‘cunning’, not cunny. If you want to refer to someone who is sly or deceitful, use the word ‘cunning’, ‘cunny’ simply does not exist.

(5.) WAKE-KEEPING I’m sure most people will argue with this, but argue as you may, what you will find in the dictionary is ‘wake- keep’. (

6.) SCREENTOUCH PHONE Oyinbo people made these devices and called it ‘touchscreen’, by the time the phones go enter Naija, we rename them ‘screen touch’

(7.) DISVIRGIN No, you did not dis virgin that babe, you deflowered her, you took away her virginity, but you certainly did not disvirgin her, because the word ‘disvirgin’ simply does not exist!
