If humans were created by a Superior intelligence according to a specific plan and for a particular purpose, there should be,as well, foods specially created to maintain optimal physiological performance.
The plants that bears seeds, grains, &, in broader sense, legumes, fruit from trees & vegetables that were added later, constitute the ideal diet for human species . Adaptation, yes but not by Eliminating Necessary foods.
Human posses great capacity to adapt physiological to many different types of foods. In spite of this, nutrition science has demonstrated that there are certain food that cannot be eliminated, such as Fruit and fresh vegetable. Not just any diet can produce good health. No matter how well we adapt to certain foods that are not ideal, such as those of animal origin, we continue to need vegetables which are the most healthful and suitable.

Carrots are the foods richest in provitamin A,which makes them a true dietrary medicine.
Carrots contain a small but significant amount of proteins.They are good source of B group vitamins as well as vitamins C and E .All minerals and trace elements are present, including iron in carrots.

Carrots contain theseĀ  three important substances:

1.Carotenoids which is essential for the proper functioning of the retina
2.Vegetable fiber which helps regulatethe transit of stool and soothes the intestinal mucosa.
3.Essential oi[/b]l this help to fight against intestinal parasites.
Carrots are verry useful in diseases of the [b]retina [/b]and of [b]the eyes [/b]in general, [b]skin disorders
, execess of gastric acid and the prevention of cancer.

Because of its incredibility high precision and performance, the eye is one of the most amazing organs in the body.
All of the muscles of the eye are in constant movement to perform the following functions;
1. exploration of the field of vision.
2. opening and closing of the pupil
3. modification of the curve of the lens of the eye according to distance of the view object
4. send information to the brain through the optic nerve.
To carry out all of these functions, the eye only needs a small amount of oxygen and a few other substances found in FOODS such as :VITAMIN, CAROTENOIDS , VITAMIN C &E.
PLANT BASED FOODS THAT PROVIDE THE NUTRIENTS THAT THE EYES NEED INCLUDE;
ORANGE, CARROT, MANGO, CABBAGE, COFFEE.
eat well.

Foods provide nutrients and energy, some can cause disorders and diseases; while others bring health and healing. Therefore there are potentially harmful foods and of course beneficial foods. It is important to understand foods well in order to select those that maintain our health and those that treat various diseases.
