Good JOB FG.

Some are already calling it INVISIBLE projects of all time nonsense without even going through them to see that a lot of the projects were awarded long before PMB and some awarded during the last regime as well as the ones PMB awarded himself.

He has now taken on the huge task of finishing up on projects which were awarded some 6 to 12 years ago and left abandoned by previous governments as well as handling his own awarded projects.

I suppose those who are already calling them invisible projects are also referring to past governments who awarded and abandoned theirs while PMB is busy cleaning up their abandoned mess.

Bunch of wailing rètards!!!

Yes it is. There no light in the South East as much it's enjoyed in other Southern States.

Seriously, when you consider the set of people they are positioning for Igbo Presidency, you weep

People like Okorocha, Orji Uzor Kalu, Ngige. SMH

It's better they restructure now for rapid development rather than wait for your turn before you can develop
that is why I will rather vote an outsider than my kinsman. The current crop of igbo leaders are useless to ndi-igbo much less to the entire nation.

How could you spend so much to get steady power but didn’t know what to do with it?

Did you really spend so much initially just to watch dstv and for air conditioning undecided didn’t you do a feasibility assessment?

I could tell you what to do with your abundant electricity that will generate income for you but you need to invest at least an extra 400k to achieve it.

it is possible bro. It will shock you to know that there are even more people with abundance of resources in different forms but don't know what to do with it.

most times we blame d government for not providing steady electricity for Nigerians, but at times when d power comes we might not know what to do with d light in order to generate resources. I spent hugely to get this system working but now can't figure out what to do with it to generate more money
How much did you spend and what is the capacity of your solar system?

This very true. I have sadly realised this. People in relationships this days are looking from what they can get from their partner and not what they can give their partners. This same Selfish and self centred people enter into marriages and breed selfish and self centred kids who have learnt from their parents.

This world is really messed up.

Sorry about your girlfriend though. Trust no longer exist in my dictionary. The highest we can do is give people the benefits of a doubt while having it at the back of our minds that they can betray and disappoint us.

I feel your pain. It shows you have a good heart for you to create a thread on this. If the guy didn't mean anything much you would not have created this thread.

Nigerians have reacted to this trending picture of Nigerian billionaires and millionaires relaxing in a “simple way” during the Sallah celebration yesterday. The successful entrepreneurs and businessmen were hosted by the executive chairman/CEO of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu.

Africa’s richest man Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, Sam Iwuajoku and Richie Shittu, along with their host, posed for the picture and the “empty table” has got people talking. See below;

Business / Re: My Street Hustle... In Eye Of The Storm by HelpMySoul: 5:50pm On Aug 19, 2018
Now to the main reason for creating this thread...

Like I said earlier, I had to start thinking of another service I could render because there was no point waiting for the one on hold.

My brain was activated on what next to do and where I could fit in. As I was engaging my mind and brain, something drew my attention to the complaints of people around me. There was a day I followed a friend to a place and he was so full of rage due to same problem. I came on nairaland and people complained about this same problem.

I caught on the wave and I felt I could do something about it.

But the problem is... it is a national monster and cancer to behold. Where will I get the finance to handle this monster considering that I had not been paid for the previous project that I did.

The beauty of it all is that this very new idea/project is 1000 times bigger than the previous I executed with instant payment assured or guaranteed but I had no way to start due to lack of finance.

I did my findings to ascertain that I could source the solution and yes, I could.

While still doing some digging, I buzzed Pat (the guy I talked about previously) and told him about my plans to venture into this terrain. He is someone I really like and saw as a brother to me, not just a friend as we had come a long way.

His first response was: "They (cabals as we know exist in many Nigerian sectors) will frustrate you." I told him okay and left.

I called on Jo and asked him if he knew anyone from so and so sector. He said yes (Jo knows people, I tell you), he has a neighbour who is retired. I said to Jo, we have another project on hand and all I need you to do is speak to you neighbour and find out a few things from.

Like the ever ready combat soldier that he is, he got on it after closing from his shop for the day. I got a reply that night that he has spoken to the neighbour and the neighbour was astonished we could come up with something like this.

Let's call the neighbour Baba (old enough to be my father of course). Baba assured him that he will speak to his friend and get us a link. Baba eventually got us a link through his own friend and so, we set up a meeting.

Hmmmm... Let me stop here. My mood changed... This is one of the most daunting task I have undertaken. I will continue when I regain consciousness.

Business / Re: My Street Hustle... In Eye Of The Storm by HelpMySoul: 4:27pm On Aug 19, 2018

With our first project and payment on hold due to scrutiny by the boss of the organization, I had to start thinking of any product/service idea to pursue.

In all of these, I was the bulk financier, including paying transport for Jo to go to Abia and Anambra state to see if we could get a deal done. He went to these places before we eventually found someone in our location.

I love this dude for his sheer determination. He has a driving force I have never seen in my life. He is an Igbo boy from Ebonyi like myself , while I am from Anambra. But when you think about his drive, I can say he is physically what I am mentally. So we tend to complement each other's weaknesses.

Usually, I am the idea creator, planner and he is the executor. One of his key importance is that dude knows people, as in, a lot of people that weren't so useful to him financially until I came into the picture.

I met Jo in 2014 when I needed some tiles and plumbing materials as I was planning relocating from Benin city to the South West. In 2016, our relationship blossomed, became stronger and in our daily interactions, I could see so much fire in him, the kind that if given the opportunity, will not waste time to make move.

Chai! See NLers asking them to give birth in their comments as if those kids are the messiahs Nigerians have been waiting for. Those comments highlight one of the problems we're facing in this part of the world.

Most of us have a herd mentality about marriage which is "get married and start giving birth". It doesn't matter whether you've the resources to take care of kids or not. No one cares if you want to enjoy sex and other things in marriage for a few years without kids.

A few couples that I know that went against the "norm" were pressurized into reducing the duration of their "no kids" time.

We need a change of mentality about many things because the clamoured change can manifest.

Enough of this early morning rant. grin

Do you think everyone that knows how to read and write are intelligent? Many Nigerians are still illiterates and backward.

Funny how some gullible ones will want to show sympathy for them, not knowing the numerous number of lives; both young and old, even families these guys have rendered useless from heavy financial losses running into billions.... Gambling kills faster than the worst of hard drugs!
bros, you are saying this because you have options, may be.

Let me tell you, people don't steal because they want to, they do many of these things out of frustration.

Did you not play "try your luck" with balloons as a kid? Well I did. That is gamble.

Life itself is a gamble. Deal with it.
