After Two hours, He messaged me again that the Price of Diesel has increased which He threw the Option of Refund and I gladly accepted. He didn't refund me immediately until the following day in the evening that I called him. Instead of sending the 100k I paid him, He sent 80k saying He'll balance me 20k the Following Day. It's after a week that I called him again that he's yet to refund the money, instead He threw the Option of ordering another 25/30 tonnes at 290k which I told him to bring it but still requested for half Payment.
