I want to have a website setup ( purely informational ) Just about 10-15 pages...

The problem is the website I want it patterned after is no longer up. The last guy who designed it for me on the forum ( Sygnifik ) is no longer reachable by any means

Is there a way for any web designer to use Internet Timing Machine to see how that website is... And then develop the website for me.. I really love the source-website...
