Try formatting it in cmd mode, that should enable you install a new os. You can research on Google for that, the procedure is not hard. An easier method can be for you to use an external hard disk connector to format the drive.This can be done by removing the hard disk from the system and replacing it when you're done, then try the installation again. If you're not still successful, you can send me a pm or better yet, take it to a tech store. Cheers**

Concerning your apps, you can make use of an app called "app backup & restore" which can be gotten from playstore...pic below! But at the same time, you have to know that all apps installed from playstore would be present in you apps & games profile on playstore, all you gotta do is install them back after the flash. You can also send them to a friends android phone using xender and get them back after the flash... There are softwares for doing it on a PC, but I gotta stick to the purpose of the thread. Most times, our android phones and tablets tend to develop lagging issues which are caused as a result of bugs that may have been contacted through the sites we visit and so on.
Now, you would want to format your phone using the easy method by going to settings, then proceeding to factory settings to restore your phone back to its factory settings. Doing that would lead to loss of all data including phone numbers, messages, music, pictures, videos and other important data stored on the internal storage of the device.

Let's get right to it...

* Backup of files in the internal storage: You would need an SD card that has a lot of memory space, it can be that of 8gb,16gb or 32gb depending on the size of the internal storage. It should contain a lot of free space, preferably it can be empty. It should then be inserted into the device, then you proceed to storage, then enter the internal storage where most data are contained, you are now to mark all the folders and move them to the SD card, in doing this, you would be able to save all data that contains your music, pictures, whatsapp messages, etc.

* Phone contacts & messages: This tend to be the major reason why people do not want to format their phones. Well, your worry is over... To preserve your info, you'll need to download an app from playstore called SMS backup and restore, which you'll install on your device that would enable you backup your your phone logs and messages in both your mail and file storage. This would enable you restore them back to the device after the format occurs. At the time that the first civil way broke out, Nigeria as a country was under Military rule being led by Major Yakubu Gowon, while Major Chukwuemeka Ojukwu was in charge of the Eastern colonies, so you see, he already had the backing of part of the soldiers of the army. At a point where coup-de tat was rampant, and it was possible for any self acclaimed soldier to take out the ruling soldier and become commander in chief.

Ojukwu was respected! He was respected not just by Nigerians but by international bodies... And also he came from a wealthy background, all this prompted him towards getting the kind of backing he needed to further his claim of the biafra struggle.

Alot of lives were lost during the last civil war, it's estimated that it is over 3million lives...My God! Anyways, it's all in the past now.

Now back to the matter at hand....

Yes, I know that elections are won with money, but that my friends is not a fact, you can take the last presidential election as a proof.

If the citizens of those states are indeed tired of the way things are going wrong in their states, then they would come out en-mass to vote for their preferable candidate.
If they have now been able to achieve this goal, the governors of the states can now be the sole leader to approach the federal government with their referandum of exclusion from the country.

That to me can be the only way Biafra can get their country, because the tides does not favour them at all.
Also, it would be hard for an exterior body or nation to dictate on the affairs of a sovereign state, being Nigeria.

As an engineer in the game for a while, I've come to realise some major faults that develope after flashing an infinix zero.

The first experience was about some months ago that I flashed an infinix zero using sp flash tools and the correct rom, which all turned out fine but on assessing it, I found out that the sensor wasn't working anymore, I quickly reflashed it, but the same thing occurred, I eventually had to buy a new sensor for the phone.

Recently again, I flashed an infinix zero 2 with the right procedures, hoping such issues wouldn't happen again, bit still yet it did..... I have now come to the conclusion that infinix zero phones are prone to sensor spoilage after flashing.

Solution:
1. Before flashing, Open up the phone and unclip the sensor from its port, then when you're done, you can put it all back.

2. Flash the phone using the recovery method, that means you have to download the right file to be put in the sd-card.

Going to the gym might be the best option most times, because there you get to register under a trainer with a particular regime to follow to keep fit.

But not everyone has the time for regular outings to the gym, which should not be enough reason for one not to engage in exercises.

For me, I believe that doing press-up for about 20 repetitive times with different styles can help keep one in shape..

I call it the 3-army method...

1. With both your two hands a bit separated and your legs joined together, you push up and down repetitively for about 10 reps. Take 10 seconds break to catch your breath..

2. Using the same method, you just do it a bit differently by thrusting one hand forward and the other at the back, then change hands and continue for about 10 reps. The sweat should drip by now.

3. The last method is by doing the press up by going down and then turning and suspending in the air with the hand directly pointing upwards, after doing the press up again and changing sides, do this for 10 reps also.

With this, I feel you would be able to keep fit and have no more excuses...

The time was 4:20am when I was jolted back to a state of full consciousness, not because I had a bad dream, but rather because of a terrifying headache i've never experienced before, I knew it had to be as a result of the pain in my tooth, knowing fully well that this has happened before, but not up-to this extent, I immediately went into self-doc mode.

I first used "touch & go" which is a liquid solvent used to give immediate relief for toothache, this only seemed to make matters worse, cause my head seemed to be pounding which made me pace around my room like a mad man.

Next, I decided to try the warm water and salt method, I boiled the hot water, and put the salt inside the cup, and in small repetitions gaggled with it, it only seemed to provide temporary relief, but the pain in the head just kept on dealing with me.

I don't really know what prompted the next action, but I just decided to do it because the pain was unbearable, I just needed to try anything at all that would work. I then decided to fill up the kettle and made sure it boiled for a much longer time, I then poured the hot water into a bowl and put it on a high stool, taking a large towel, I then covered my head with it over the bowl so as to let the steam evaporate on my face....believe me when I say it gave me instant relief, I continued for a while and took breaks so as to let in a bit of oxygen, after doing this for a while, the pain finally went away!

I know I have to see a dentist, this I would do soon.... No more postponements! Thanks for reading, hope it helps someone!
