Sorry d difference in d basic salary is not 5k,and dat is apart from all d allowance gt is entitled to. D allowance is d real deal in firstbank. For ur info u re not entitled to any allowance whatsoever as a contract staff,be it leave allowance, profit sharing,parking, not even xmas package. No contract staff earns up to 100k. firstbank might be paying d outsourcing firm over a hundred but u don't get up to dat. D highest paid contact staff there should be those in their call centre first contact. Unless this change came this week

The difference is abt 5k but the good tin abt GTP is de fact that u'll be a core staff & dat brings abt a measure of job security unlike d contract stuff dat u may not be converted if u dont do well!
