See them running their mouth here
Money
Sex
Bla bla bla.
These are the same set of people that will run to BBM channels and some other fora shouting and begging Nigerians to help save their marriage Becos their guy is already showing his true colour. Keep running after Money and sex, we will be waiting as usual to offer u help on how to handle ur marriage and ur cheating husband. Instead of Nigerian ladies to think of how they can make their own money and complement their guy, they will be there looking for a ready made guy. Trust me a hard working guy who work hard to make his money will not be stupid to lavish it on some lazy gf.
No body talks about core values again. As an individual ur core values determines how far u can go in life.

I know some people will still find fault in this but trust me the truth is bitter. Am also aware that a lot of people think with their heart and Not their head forgetting that the heart is full of emotion.

Well written................I wonder where the values and integrity is! Pity these present generation

Go read your geography again, that he is a Northerner does not mean he is not Yoruba,as in North is part of a specific regional location and not a tribe or race.As we have Igbos in part of Delta, whihch is SS ,will you now say they re not Igbos?

Thanx they don't know that 80% of Kwara is Yoruba and there are Yorubas in Kogi, geographically the location of d 2 states are in North Central..........they think Hausa-Fulani are d only tribe in North. Infact Fulani are from core North(North West) while minority tribes are from North Central/Middle Belt.

Saraki is a Yoruba man..........a real Fulani don't bear Yoruba names, Fulanis are from core northl like Buhari and Yar'Adua............so he's a Yoruba he bears Bukola, his sister bears Gbemisola, his wife is Toyin even his Father bears Sola aka Oloye(yoruba name for Chief),they all speak yoruba, they can't speak Fulani language even Ilorin is a yoruba land, yoruba is spoken every where and 80% of Kwara is Yoruba but geographical location is North Central!

Politics / Re: APC Zones Senate Presidency To N'central, Speaker To N'east by holums(m): 10:35am On Apr 18, 2015
Chigold101:
i hate reading comments like this. People who dont understand politics like you just come here and blab besed on sentiment.

Why didnt they give SW senate president or speaker? Didnt south west have APC senators & members of the house of reps? Do not be decieved by all these bruhaha. Even if SE have 8 senators they will still not give it to them.

Let me tell you what just happend in this election, cos i am sure you dont know:
:the north conspired against the yorubas & gave APC/GMB more votes than the SW so that SW wont claim that it is their votes that brought APC to power.
2: the north made sure that APC won almost all the governorship election in the north to make sure that they control governors‘ forum. The way they will control green & red chambers.
3: as it stands sir, SW will revolt soon when they discover that they have just been relegated to the background despite all they “felt“ they did to bring APC to the centre.

Now back on SE: the best office you can give to any region is SGF. If they love Ngige & Rochas they should make one of them SGF. But i think it will go to Amaechi but if the senate president & speakership remains like this, then it might go to Fashola or anybody from SW.

SGF is the next powerful person after the president.

As onye igbo, am happy we didnt vote for APC. Am happy we voted our conscience. Am happy for the first time in a very long time, we spoke with one voice. Am so happy that soon all the northerners in PDP will scamper into APC and the SW will feel maginalized in a party they built, and they will come begging for SE to form another mega opposition party.

Soon APGA/PDP will become one party.

Ndi Igbo kwezuenuooooooooo!!!!!!

Tell them that I said... The north is playing a HUGE fast one on the SW... TRUST ME!

Although PDP won 3 states in the North making it a party with national outlook but APC vote is a lopsided one not covering all geo-political zones................U av a point but Nigerians don't seems to be sensitive in dis aspect 'cos average Northerner don't believe in equity and balance, they are nepotic in their attitude in couple of months Tinubu, Akande and co will be sidelined and northern agenda will be on point like d days of Yar'Adua. I admire d courage of SE and SS for d 1st time they voted opposition good for democracy cos since 1999 they voted Obasanjo and Yar'Adua respectively.

FreeGlobe:

and yet south east is calling the shots. When will yoruba produce a senate president or cbn governor?

Yoruba have produced two CBN governors which are OLABODE VINCENT(28 June,1977 - 28 June,1982) JOSEPH OLADELE SANUSI(29 May,1999 - 29 May, 2004). Joseph sanusi was succeeded by Charles Soludo but Senate Presidency has not yet been ceded to Yoruba. Apart from 1st republic, senate presidency have been all about zoning since Shagari govt where it was zoned to South-South wit Joseph Wayas as Senate President and House of Reps wit Edwin Ume EzeOke as Speaker so it's all about zoning ,it's only position Yoruba is yet to occupy, d time will come when Senate President will be Yoruba.......mind U Saraki(Yoruba man from North-Central) can become one if this article is true until May 29 let's wait.

Politics / Re: Jonathan Is Not A Hero – Oby Ezekwesili by holums(m): 9:23pm On Apr 03, 2015
Raxxye:
A hero, according to Wikipedia, is

"a character or person, who, in the face of danger and
adversity or from a position of weakness, displays
courage or self-sacrifice"

Another source defines it thus:

"a person who, in the opinion of others, has heroic
qualities or has performed a heroic act and is
regarded as a model or ideal"

Unless Ezekwesili has a different definition of a hero different from the above, then I beg to disagree with her.

For promising to conduct a free and fair election without interfering in the process, and keeping his words: that makes him a hero

Think for a second what would have become of last Saturday's election had the president lost his calm after the card reader failed to capture him and kept him waiting in the sun for over thirty minutes, moreso when his party had advised against the use of the card reader. Had he stormed out of that polling booth, that would have been the end of election that day, and the consequences could only have been imagined. For maintaining his cool in the face of that, he is a hero

For calling GMB and congratulating him(something GMB never did in 2011 and can never do), and thereby averting "goons and baboons" being soaked in blood, he is a hero

For telling his party not to bother contesting the outcome of the election in court to avoid distracting the incoming president, he is a hero

Hate him as much as you choose to do, Mrs Ezekwesili, you cannot take this glorious moment from him. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has set a standard for democracy, not only in Nigeria, but also in Africa. The man is a true democrat and, indeed, our national hero!

U av said it all..................now dat Buhari is d president-elect let's see how he will deal with boko haram and bring back our girls issues.....I won't be surprise when these two issues no longer disturb Nigeria suddenly. What people fails to realise is dat these things are politically motivated, 2 years to this time people will see d reality on ground. I hope Buhari too will be able replicate what Jonathan did now by conducting a credible election in 2019. Four years to this time we shall know our fate by then.
