Was recently in the same situation with you OP, well at the end of the day I got a 2010 Accord, and ill point out why.

I checked different trims of both cars and arrived at this

RESALE VALUE: Draw

EXTERIOR: Accord

How are you faring with the accord ?
INTERIOR: Accord (more spacious and sophisticated)

PERFORMANCE: Accord (more balanced on speed and more power and sporty feel) NB ive driven the camry more in the past.

I think these are the three major reason one should look out for when deciding between these two cars, its been 3 months with the accord and im glad i made the tight but right decision

I’m no dealer just an end user but trust me I have very good knowledge of cars I’ve used 6 cars this year and I bought All 6 myself without any mechanic

When you go for inspection first thing you should note is engine then transmission then check for interior and shocks and AC and you’re good to go but don’t go without a mech if you don’t know how to self inspect

Let me explain to you in the charger of a phone there is a step down transformer but when the charger of your phone begins to overheat violently that transformer cannot become reverse as the wires are shorting out in the charger so it'd of it be a step down transformer it becomes a step up transformer as the wires in the Transformers short out. It is the same thing with generators when did generator alternator is beginning to been out in some cases the voltage can step up to around 1,000 voltage as the wires and magnetic field begin to collapse and short circuits on the transformer of the phone. Expensive Falls like Samsung Sony and HTC have protection In their charges system. Cheap phones like tecno and infinix some of their charges do not have adequate protection

Way before the call came in, the charger must have been faulty and showing some signs like the touch screen not responding properly while the phone is being charged, but because it was still charging his phone, he ignored the fault.

The transformer could have developed a partial fault due to high volatge.

Also diodes that changes AC voltage to DC was also malfunctioning.

With this two components malfunctioning, its either the charger kills your phone and if you're unlucky, it kills you.

Don't use your phone while its charging especially with direct electricity.

At any rate.....my worry is the unintended consequences, not whether state or FG charges vat.

Many companies have their HQ in Lagos. VAT would, under a state by state process, be higher automatically in Lagos, since many companies pay VAT on their profits, which are reported in Lag. Then the products they produce...will attract VAT in each and every state where they are sold.

At the end of the day...higher taxes in form of higher prices.

I have been in PSL for 2 years now and I can say it with confidence that PSL isn' and will never be a scam, a company that has been operating gor 20 good years without any trouble, people carrying fake news and all should go deeper and find out. Till date PSL is still paying people even though there were some problem recently but that thats doesnt make it a scam. And I am very sure the company will be back on his feet in no time when her own business platform is completed 100%. For a business to survive in Nigeria iy takes the Grace of God.. PSL is not a scam...
