Human Resources department is overlooked and sometimes left in the dark in a major of medium and large organizations,here in Nigeria. Regular Appresial and Evalution of staff performance is of top most importance in todays digital age.

Look at it this way,why pay people and not get value for money ?

To be honest,the only recoginized certification of such nature i know that exists in Nigeria and is recoginized is Nigerian Stock Exchange or Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
