Terrible things are happening, people are mourning every day, the youth are agitating, even the workers are protesting, over one thing, over Dr ifeanyi Uba to be released, to be free, to be seen again, to direct his business coordinates.


What did a man with Igbo heart did?

Why is the DSS still holding him?

What is happening that the old men can't make thing go in order ?

Why are the youth keeping quiet?

I wonder what you want you generation to look like?

Do you want them to look like zombies. The case of Dr. Ifeanyi Uba the MD capital oil and investment with the NNPC is getting out of hand.


What is Ohanaeze Ndi-igbo waiting for?


Ohanaeze Ndi-igbo is known as the apex ruling body of Ndi-igbo. They are expected to answer this questions, Ohanaeze should play their roles and duties, let them wedge the battle between the Anambra Old Men.


This cases we hear, everyday is not encouraging, we are not happy the IPOB is not happy, the MASSOB is not happy, the Niger Delta boys are not getting it funny, we want justice in the case of Dr. ifeanyi Uba.

Editor Charles Otu, of conscience newspaper, Abakaliki , has just been whiskered to an unknown place by some unknown boys suspected to be members of Akubaruoha youths Assembly.

Charles Otu's younger brother confirmed the report. According to him, that he was with Charles Otu, at the popular vanco Junction, Abakaliki , Ebonyi state when some unknown boys came with a bus branded 'Akubaruoha' and forcefully took Charles away to an unknown place.



According to him, that Mr. Charles Otu smartly dropped his cell phone with him before the bus zoomed off.

We can recall that Charles Otu, has been outstanding in the criticism of this current administration in Ebonyi state. He has been a strong non-conformist and a voice for the voiceless masses.


His recent assessment of Gov. Umahi's two years reign didn't go down well with some of the governor's social media aides. Ever since Charles Otu published the above mentioned article with his Facebook account, it was as if Charles Otu opened a can of worm.


Actually, when they got information that the news is already going viral on social media with all fingers pointing to one direction. They quickly cornered to a hidden place towards rice Mills and gave him hard tortures, and reverse their original intentions and took him to the SSA on internal security Dr. Kenneth ugbala.

However, Mr Kenneth ugbala, knowing very well that the news have gone wide decided to take him to the kpirikpiri police station . Getting to the police station, they stated that Charles Otu wrote something against the governor that was why they have to arrest and beat him up.

The IPO acted intelligently by asking them when it has become their job to take laws into their hands?

Meanwhile, Editor Charles Otu is right now receiving treatment in one of the hospitals in town by the order of the police.


Let's hope and that nothing happens to Mr. Charles Otu

After the court sitting for the case between Capital oil and gas and NNPC for alleged Oil diversion.

Yesterday, the Court cleared the detention orders in the federal high court Lagos order DSS to release Dr Ifeanyi Ubah Unconditionally within 48 hours. Following the order from federal high court ikoyi Lagos.

Justice Muhammed ldris said, 'is either you charge him to court in next 48hrs if not release him' we must know and acknowledge that the rule of law must prevail and nobody is above the law, not even DSS is above the law, DSS should release Dr Patrick ifeanyi Uba with immediate and unconditional effects.

*1-* There is what is known as "Throughput contents" in the contract document between NNPC and Capital Oil .

The "Throughput" agreement, in accordance with the norms and practice in the industry worldwide, allow conversion and diversion of its products by the ‘Operator’ so long as the Operator is prepared to re-deliver the products (in terms of the current contract) within 7 days of demand by the products owner or to pay a penalty for non re-delivery.

The penalty to re-deliver is expressly stated by the Contract to be a mere breach of contract remediable by the payment of penalty to the owner. The penalty is comprised of the cost of delivery of the products to the Operator’s tank farm with interest at 1%.

Therefore, there can not be an issue of crime in conversion or diversion of products under a throughput contract between NNPC and Capital Oil .

*2-* Again, According to Common law rule of "Warehouseman Lien" which expressly state that:-

"When goods are delivered to a professional storage operator (we will refer to them as a warehouseman) for "throughput", they may become subject to a lien.
A lien is a security right which gives the warehouseman rights over the goods that can take precedence over the rights of others, including the owner.
The warehouseman is entitled to exercise the lien when he or she is left unpaid for services rendered and in so doing will gain legal control over the goods.

*3-* In view of the above, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah's Capital Oil can exercise the security right to sell the NNPC's fuel if they refuse to pay their debt . State agents like DSS or EFCC do not have a place in this documented business transactions which is protected by the contractual terms between the parties .

*4-* One issue that nobody has refuted is the issue of NNPC owing Capital Oil and Gas over N16billion

*5-* It amount to sabotage for DSS Lawyer to continue to make undemocratic and unbusinesslike statement in the media on the matter that is receiving judicial attention .

*6-* Why are they not saying anything on over #16billion that NNPC is owing Capital Oil ?

*7-* Who should be punished by death between a govt that is owing more than #16billion to an individual who has over 2000 Nigerians in his employ or a Nigerian who has exercised his right of LIEN to remain in business, an act well within the legal framework of the contractual details between him and govt agency ?

*8-* Where was this product claimed to have been diverted used ? Was it not dispensed to Nigerians ? Was it hoarded against the public request ? No ! So where is the issue of attempt to instigate scarcity as alleged by DSS Lawyer coming from ?

*9-* In their first press release and in the Lagos court, they said Dr. Ubah was inciting Tanker drivers to embark on strike, which translates to economic sabotage in their thinking. For what purpose? It is of note that tanker drivers have denied that.

*10-* When they could not substantiate their claim with any proof , they subsequently changed gear to allege that Dr.Ubah was trying to cause scarcity by distributing petroleum products to Nigerians and hence , a capital crime punishable by death . Funny mix up indeed .

*11-* Can selling products stored at Capital Oil tank farm to Nigerians amount to creating scarcity of the same product within Nigerian market ? A question waiting for an answer .

*12-* Or Did Capital Oil sell the product in Cotonou or Mali ? Was it sold to aliens or Nigerians ? Of course it was to Nigerians .

*13-* Is Capital Oil not the same company that has been rescuing NNPC when they lacked product ? This same Capital Oil has frequently rescued the country in petroleum crises and during strike actions. Nigerians must take note.

*14-* Did NNPC inform DSS that they have been borrowing product also from Capital Oil in more than three occasions this year alone ?

*15-* Did NNPC inform DSS that they do also borrow /loan products from capital whenever they run short of product as there is documented evidence of capital oil loaning over 18million of pms to NNPC between 26th of July to 4th of August 2016 and many more.
Will NNPC also be condemned to death for borrowing product from a private citizen to cover their supposed inefficiency ?

*16-* Let it be of note that Capital Oil had earlier petitioned the relevant Agencies /Institutions with respect to the over #16billion that NNPC has been owing the company for years.

*17-* Owing a businessman N16billion for about two years is a calculated act to stifle his business operation. More dangerous when it is even the Federal Government through its agency that is owing the private businessman such amount in Nigeria.

*18-* Assuming Dr Ifeanyi Ubah's Capital Oil got that fund from the Bank, the cumulative interest will be over 45% of the principal. This takes me to the question: who is sabotaging our Nation's economy here if not the govt ?

*19-* When Govt's Business Attitude negates Private Business growth as examplified by the Commercial Behaviour of NNPC against Capital Oil, businesses collapse and the economy will be grossly affected. If capital oil goes down due to the negligent attitude of the govt, it will create panic which will scare away intending investors in a time our economy is begging for job creating platforms. I am worried .

*20-* It is no more secret that since the effort to robe Dr Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah to what the media called Dasukigate failed as they could not find anything that connects him to that. Since then, they have been moving from one issue to the other .

*21-* Nigerians should also be informed that attempt was also made to link the activities of TAN in 2015 election campaign to govt money which they found out also that TAN operated from efforts of private volunteers without govt fund . They now move to another issue .

*22-* Today, Nigerians are watching as they are working hard to criminalize a pure commercial transaction in order to get a target. Attempt to turn a well written contractual business understanding between NNPC and Dr.Ubah's Capital Oil is a pointer to economic sabotage on the part of the govt.

*23-* When a govt agency refers the effort of a private citizen who has been working very hard to contribute his quota in moving our country's economy forward as 'sabotage', then Economic doom looms. Nigerians know those that have been sabotaging and still sabotaging the economy of this country since 1960 till date .

*24-* Adopting Media trial can only entertain Nigerians and hurt economy. At the end, it will not solve the fundamental economic challenges of the nation, neither will it resolve the conflicts from the commercial transactions between NNPC and Capital Oil .

*25-* We challenge NNPC or DSS lawyer to publish any breach of the content of the agreement between NNPC and Capital Oil that made the Contract performing process between NNPC and Capital Oil a criminal act or economic sabotage on the part of Capital Oil .Even when the product in question was sold to Nigerians in need to cushion National scarcity..

My prayer is that we redirect our steps as a country .

She calls on all youths and women to join the fight movement of right, the right of Ndi- igbo, one voice of Ndi-igbo. ifeanyi Uba release is the lgbo interest and the lgbo love of struggling to fight for what rightfully belong to us is our watchword. We will definitely fight for our right The FG,DSS should release ifeanyi uba with immediate effect, Capital Oil and gas must work, we are ready to put a stop to all the economic threat in Igbo land.

Ohanaeze Ndigbo is a socio-cultural organisation founded to be Igbo apex ruling body. The founding fathers had good intentions to use the organization pursue the collective interest of the entire igbo individuals and communities. It was also the original design of the founding fathers to use the Ohanaeze platform ensure political harmony in all south east states, including Delta and Rivers states that form part of the Seven states of Ohanaeze.

Above all, Ohanaeze was created to be practically nonpartisan. Granted, Ohanaeze Ndigbo started very well and promisingly too. Ndigbo were also highly proud of the only socio-cultural organisation reflecting their interest, ideology and aspirations. Now that a man with lgbo heart is detained by DSS, the need for Ohanaeze Ndigbo to arise and defend the interest of Ifeanyi Uba, MD capital oil and gas. The capital oil and gas remains the investment that has uphold the business measures of Ndigbo. This investment has portrayed enormous values to the entire south east states. Ifeanyi Uba as an lgbo business brother needs Ohanaeze to solicits for his rights.

The government cannot keep detaining our brother ifeanyi Uba, there by causing economic distraction to the capital oil and gas investment. Let the Igbo love be invigorated on the case of ifeanyi Uba and NNPC. Let us not allow the lgbo haters to take what rightfully belong to us. The illegal arrest and allegation should be resolved for peace to reign, we knew fully well that ifeanyi Uba is fanatically humble, reliable, responsible and sacrificial business mogul, let the present system of leadership in Ohanaeze Ndigbo bank our hopes and aspirations of ifeanyi Uba bail. The dreams of all Igbo young people in their love for the struggle and expectations shall not be in vein, let's fight for the right of our brother ifeanyi Uba.

The supreme leaders of ohaneze Ndigbo should intervene at this point and let focus on paramount Igbo interest and aspirations, avoiding all distractions from possible political detractors.

Today is the 14th day, DSS Arrested Dr Ifeanyi Uba, Over allegation of NNPC oil diversion. The arrest of MD capital oil is another threat to indigenous people of Biafra and Ndigbo in diaspora. This was the same way Nnamdi KANU our leader was arrested over allegations and bailed with unnecessary conditions.

You need to see how people stormed to court premises today, on behalf of Ifeanyi Uba MD Capital Oil and gas . A deal that has to be sealed between NNPC and Capital Oil, which should be resolved Mutually was handled by imposing tensions and havoc in the country.


Sometimes I ponder if this present government and administration have conscience at all. Despite the recession and inflation in the country, a country were people die over hunger every day.


Over 2000 people are working under Capital Oil and Gas investments are they expecting them to starve? Detaining Ifeanyi Uba is a serious threat to the economic status of the country. DSS arrested pastor Suleiman and succeed in making him popular within 24hrs in the social media, the same tape was played in the case of our leader Nnamdi kanu. If over 2000 staffs feed their families from Capital Oil and Gas investment. Igbo youths should come for ifeanyi Uba.


Ifeanyi Uba is our brother let us emerge for his rescue. Biafrains stood for Nnamdi kanu. let us join unite and fight this battle.
