Will be √((radius^2 -(3/2)^2))
The height of 2
Will be √((radius)^2-(2/2)^2)
Then you already know the height you can then use 1/2xbase xheight to get the area

I can work it out with another method and still get same answer using the figure the way it was originally.

It works that way
As far the lenghts are same and it is also inscrbed in same circle the polygon is same,
