I have said before that these reasons are not the reasons. Every refusal template starts with those generic write-ups. You just ended up confusing the guy the more cos what you both are focusing on is off-point.

OK, so what's ur take to it, cos all the financial parts were ticked, also personal asset and relationship with sponsor. This is what they ticked

Relationship with sponsor
1. Can you please state what your first degree was in and the programme you're going for? (If both programmes are related, I suspect this is a case of an incorrectly filled information on your form i.e your student number or Institution's DLI number etc. which can be easily rectified. For #2, ensure your uncle states why he's sponsoring you and how much will be made available to you annually. This should cover your flight to school as well ( in others). Also, include a notarised affidavit of sponsorship to back up the sponsorship declaration.
2. For reason #3; This is tied to 1 above. It shows the VO isn't convinced you're going to study. (incorrectly filled info again either in your questionnaire/form or both. (also easily amendable)
3. Reasons #4 and #5 are related. All you need to do is work on your home ties to Nigeria. If possible, have your uncle provide you his personal SOA instead of the company SOA you used previously.

The number of terms you choose to pay for is your choice and I don't think it shows desperation. Rather, it should be evidence of preparedness on your part to study in Canada (IMO). It depends on your perspective.

I studied BSc Electrical engineering and I was given admission for Masters of Engineering in system and Machine intelligence which is related to my course work. My uncle only stated it's the social responsibility of the company as a reason. Lol. Am not the first they have sponsored sha.
I did my youth service at the Transmission company of Nigeria. I don't understand y they said that for reason 3, of course am going to study and I submitted my admission letter in my SOP I put my institutions DLI number and my student number. I stated specifically bonded in my SOP that I was returning to work here in Nigeria.
I will make sure he states how much he would be dropping. Also, must it be his Soa, the company is his. I submitted all the original documents of the company and his passport data page.

My uncle was planning to pay for three terms this December (22000$)before I got the refusal. Although I plan to pay for three terms in my student acc. When am reapplying, does it sound desperate cos I have read people saying tuition cannot be paid easily by working 20hrs

I graduated June 2014, finished my NYSC July, 2015. I was not working wen I submitted my application. Hopefully by January I am to begin work. No my uncle is sponsoring me through his own company and I didn't state I was sponsoring myself

(in my SOP I didn't state why he was sponsoring me and my relationship but I explained other details carefully)

Sponsors Soa 33M closing balance (my sponsor is my uncle and it's his company that is sponsoring me)
CAC documents
Tax clearance
Declaration statement
Sponsors data page (I didn't include his visa pages)
My sponsor didn't state how much he was sponsoring me with either.

Please, I welcome all useful suggestions on how to tackle this problem as I plan to refire by February. Hope it's not too early? If it is I would like to know. I want to gather all the required documents and refire.

Although I sent them my admission letter and my sponsor is my uncle, but j used his company, so I didn't really state in my SOP y he was sponsoring me.
He had closing balance of 33m and the SOA OF THE COMPANY was really blur. Very very blur. The company wrote a letter of declaration.
What I do not understand is that I submitted my admission letter but they said i wasn't accepted. Don't get.
Anyways, planning to retire. This was mostly my fault though. I wish all TRV hopefuls the best

hmmm........ one of my cousins who actually was a victim of refusal after medical passed reapplied on 31st Oct. He only uploaded the medical request form he earlier got to the medical section cos he applied online. two days ago CIC updated his medical to medical passed. I believed CIC must have seen his earlier medical details cos he was worried may be he shld have requested the clinic to send him an acknowledgments of medical done in order to upload.
Still praying fervently for his pp request........so I pray for all those expecting passport request youshall get it this week in JESUS name. If you believe this say a big amen!!!!

Oga u don't have any problem.....don't compare your application with other people's. I didn't hear anything from cic for over 1 month after I did medicals. You'll just be fine....just do your best to deal with the tension.....I know it's not easy, and start shopping for flights and accommodation, because once u get medical passed, u're gonna get passport request and then approval mail......so just start preparing.....

Hello house I have a small problem, I did my Medicals on Wednesday, Nov 18 and since then I haven't heard from Cic if i passed. Since I started reading the thread people get updates in two days most times... So I have been a little bit worried. I called the hospital I did my Medicals at today and they informed me they submitted mine on Saturday, 21st November. Pls has anyone experienced this? Please gurus in the house help me with this. Who has done Medicals with consultant practice ikoyi, I did mine last week Tuesday and they haven't even submitted the results to cic, they said 7 working days, pls house is this how long it takes for Medicals to be submitted. I should have gone to the one in Victoria Island. Anyways myself and all other TRV hopefuls. Let's not give in to fear, let's keep our hope and faith alive. God dey.

Really don't know if western union works in Nigeria. All you need for Form A ( Student invoice, admission letter, passport data page, nysc cert,Bsc cert, and transfer information i.e Instruction for international wire transfer.)
