They will not really have much choice because the other igbo clans in rivers state will go with us. Ikwerre has so much voice because of port Harcourt being in their land. But that doesn’t mean that they will speak for other igbo groups in rivers state when decision time comes.

Dude what will Igbos benefit from Ikwerre? What have we benefitted from them? Name one thing?

The only time they claim Igbo is when they are outside of Nigeria and they want to use the Igbo platform to advance themselves be it career wise, etc. Take it from someone that lives aboard, the Ikwerre joins Igbos outside due to the fact the igbo groups aid each members to grow his or herself kinda similar to how they remember they are Igbos in Nigeria only when they need something. Amaechi is a perfect example. We don't need them niggas abeg. The only thing they can even contribute aka oil, Oyigbo people produces more than them. Ikwerre people deserves Niger Delta abeg

Africa is a far much bigger market for igbos than Nigeria.

People from west and Central African countries come to Ariaria market and Main Market to purchase goods daily.

Even people from all over Nigeria come to the east to buy goods.

The lesson is that if you have a dominant market, people will come.

It’s sad so many igbos have bought into the Nigerian propaganda that igbos need to be in Nigeria for the market access. I call it bulls&@&t

That's because our people have refused to learn from history. According to sociologist if you have poor knowledge of history and recieve daily propaganda, you're more likely to believe that propaganda. If our people actually learned our history, they would have known our ancestors were known traders as well. Personally, I believe that's why Igbos are good with trading. It's passed on from generation to generation. Anyway, but ironically, our ancestors barely traded with tribes in modern day Nigeria. Infact our ancestors rarely interacted with tribes in modern day Nigeria yet they traded goods to make a name for themselves. Common sense would have made someone think obviously, they traded with other tribes in Africa especially Central Africa hence similarities in culture. I hope one day our people start learning from our past. Personally I believe our ancestors had the right platform, they just didn't know fully how to connect the dots. We should start coping their ways in my honest opinion.

we are of a singular mind. Human resource powers modern nation. Humans who would build entertainment industry that will sell beyond africa...humans who would bring africa into the computer age. Human who would build fashion wears, packaged food etc. Oil has become a bane of our development...its time to look beyond it...and since thats really all niger delta is bringing...its time to look beyond them. We have access to sea in onitsha and asaba tru river niger.
I saw the streets of adis ababa on tv yesterday...i almost shouted. I live abroad and wat i saw on that tv is no different from the alpha city where i live. I knew that abuja and lag whr shitholes immediately.

We are strategically located close to the shore..we can build an economy based on production..and export. Sell them across the shores of africa..to cameroon equitorial guiene, gabon, angola etc.
We can pick asaba, aba, awka, onitsha, enugu, umuahia, abakiliki and owerri as our main cities and concentrate all our population and wealth on them
.

And we can start bringin back our old values of accountable leadership. We can do it. Look at even ghana is about to join developed nations

Tell me about it. Most of my friends are from other African countries. I stopped vacationing Africa with friends because of what I constantly saw. My heart broke each time man especially when I went to Bioko. Bioko fucking broke me mentally, physically, emotionally, you name it Bioko did that shit because it showed what could have been had we being the lucky ones to get that part of the continent. Honest to God I envy the Igbos in EQ. Even Khartoum of all places was beautiful. I laugh whenever I see Nigerians arguing and mocking other African nations. They truly do not know how that country reality is ranked with the rest of Africa. You talking about Ghana, look at Angola man. Hasn't been that long since their war ended yet they've grown so much in such a short period of time. Currently they have one of the fastest growing economy so before we know it, they'll reach first world status. SMH

As for the bold, I agree wholeheartedly. Like they say, it's not broken, why fix it. According to some friends, we have more in common with tribes in Central Africa than we do tribes in Nigeria excluding the Ibibio and Efik people thus, it'll be easier and very likely more profitable to work with them. We have the supplies and Africa is in desperate need for products made my Africans. Whenever I see an Igbo jittery about Igbos losing potential consumers when Nigeria breaks, I SMH. Some of our people have yet to realize Africa is huge consumer. Nigeria is nothing more than a pond on top of an ocean.

the population of rwanda is 20 million...similar to the real population of igbos...the land mass of rwanda is even smaller than igboland...rwanda is landlocked...yet no part of igboland compares to kigali, the capital of rwanda.

We need to leave nigeria and forge our own destiny...otherwise we would keep going round a vicious poverty circle

My exact thought. It's like your reading my mind dude. Nigeria is a huge hinder in our growth. A big, fat, hinder. I curse the day Luggard stepped his foot in Africa. Whenever I compare how much we've grown since the end of the war despite little to no aid and that of Nigeria's growth, I weap. I weap because it shows me the potential of Igbos getting suffocated in that shithole. I applaud our parents in how much they grew after that war. I truly applaud them. It was not easy but they made it despite being stuck in this backwards, unprogressive hellhole. My desire for Biafra is because I see so much potential for our people. So much fucking potential especially in the terms of Human resources. When I look at the work of Aba merchants and Nnewi techs, I see a huge potential being stifled by petty stupidity. Only this shithole will cut it's nose just to spite themselves all because they want to keep Igbos subgated. Nigeria is the only country I know that it is stupid to realize that human resources develops a nation faster than natural resources. Nigeria is the only nation I know where such incompetence is available. Honestly, even with the Igboland only proposal will not allow thosr animals to let go, mostly because of the high percent of oil in Oyigbo, Egbema and Co. Personally, I say if we ever want to be free from that backwards hellhole parading itself as country and grow, we need to drop the entire SS minorites lands inclusion in Biafra. As for The Igbo land with oil, create a treaty that gives this greedy goats access to it and allow to drink themselves fat with it. I feel deeply that Igboland can develop with just Human resources alone. One thing God blessed us with is that. I am beyond confident about it. But, we will never get to if we are stuck in that retrogressive piece of shit. Honestly, staying in that nation, we'll continue watching other African nation thrive while the "Giant of Africa" confront falling into a pit. I mean come the Bleep on, Somalia of all places is even doing better than Nigeria and that country has been at war for God knows how long now.

As for Igbo leaders...I 100% agree with you. The day I read about Igbo leadership prior to British invasion taught me alot. if not for the British greediness, the likes of Kalu, Rochas, all Ohaneze leaders, all Igbo leaders in that Nation's government would never ever touch the leadership position at all. Based on my understanding of what I was taught, any of past Igbos that ever exhibited their type of leadership was immediately removed and stripped out of the community. Our ancestors never tolerated such bullshits. Unfortunately, being stuck in that hellhole those animals claiming to be our leaders are protected by the government of that shithole thus, the people can't even deal with the way they used to in the past. It's shame.

. I honestly believe someone cursed us to be in this retrogressive shithole drowning in mediocrity with the rest of the tribes in that nation. Honestly I do believe Nigeria is a curse. A big fat curse. Every single tribe in that shithole is cursed in my opinion. I pray and hope whoever our people wronged in the past before the British invaded, find it in her or his heart to forgive us before we drown completely with the rest of this animals in this zoo. It's extremely obvious Nigeria is modern day Titanic and I pray we get out before the boat hit completely under water. That's my prayer. If the rest of the tribes want to die in that sinking ship and live out their curse, let them but they aren't taking us down with them.

I've always fucking stated that. Most of us have repeatedly told una this. I'm glad y'all starting to listen to those of us forced to share a region with the ones they call minorites. After living among this people and watching the shits they do, it teaches you a lot and I'm glad SE Igbos are starting to listen to us. Biafra with SS minorites will be nothing more than another mini Nigeria. Of what use to go from a big chaotic country to a smaller chaotic country. It's damageable to our growth and from my understanding, Biafra is saving our future children's growth. Giving them a nation that's less chaotic and more organized.

Personally, in my opinion, I think Igbos should follow the same guidelines regarding other tribes that our ancestors followed aka avoiding the shit out of them excluding minor few in East. It worked for our ancestors before the British bleeped it up. Obviously, we've tried the British experiment and based on my analysis, our ancestors choose the right route.

Are you okay? Seriously are you okay?
Bill Gates is the richest man on Earth. The dude makes money even when sleeping. He is Richter than your entire Niggeria government. Wtf will he need money from NOI for? Talkless of the "our money" you are screeching about. NOI salary is not even a 10th of his wealth. Even if we add in her husband, and children's doctor salary plus her son's book income, it still wouldn't touch a 10th of his wealth.

As for all this "our money" nonsense that you BMC keep screeching about. NOI is hella rich prior to joining Niggeria government. She's of Royal blood. Her own father was a king for God sake so she came directly from old money first off. Even at that, she worked in World bank. Her salary already from their is high as Bleep. In addition, her husband is a surgeon. Her son is a surgeon. Her daughter is a surgeon. Her son in law is again a freaking surgeon. All of which reside in America and surgeons in America makes a lot of money. In addition, her son is also a successful author who's written multiple best seller, one of which is about to made into a movie. So not only is he bringing in the surgeon money, he's equally bringing in mulla as a writer. The Bleep would she be doing stealing una money when she has enough to even feed half of una and still have pocket change.

It's like the OP honestly think the rewriting is still feasible in today's era.

News flash OP, the list of the soliders of the so called "Igbo coup" have been exposed. That propaganda that you lots still trying to pass hoping it'll fly ended the year the coup survivors exposed the deceit of this shithole.

The soliders that participated in the so called "Igbo coup" were

Maj. Kaduna Nzeogwu (Igbo)
Maj. Adewale Ademoyega (Yoruba)
Maj. Emmanuel Ifeajuna (Igbo)
Maj. Timothy Onwuatuegwu (Igbo)
Maj. Chris Anuforo (Igbo)
Maj. Humphrey Chukwuka (Igbo)
Maj. Don Okafor (Igbo)
Capt. Ogbo Oji (Igbo)
Capt. Emmanuel Nwobosi (Igbo)
Capt. G. Adeleke (Yoruba)
Lt. Fola Oyewole (Yoruba),
Lt. R. Egbiko (Esan)
Lt. PM Okocha (Igbo)
Lt. Tijani Katsina(Hausa/Fulani)
Lt. O. Olafemiyan (Yoruba)
Capt. Gibson Jalo (Bali)
Capt. Swanton (Middle Belt)
Lt. Dag Warribor (Ijaw)
2nd Lt. Saleh Dambo (Hausa)
2nd Lt. John Atom Kpera (Tiv)
Capt. Ben Gbulie (Igbo)
Lt. Dimka

There were exactly 22 soliders that participated in the so called "Igbo coup", 10 were Igbo, the remaining 12 were non igbo. Ironically, you lots continuously try to hide those 12 thinking this is the 60s were information weren't accessible to all.

Secondly, prior to the "Igbo coup", there was a coup that occurred in 1965 which was the reason why Awolowo was even in prison in 1966. Infact even Sanusi, your Emir, testify the inaccuracy of una years of history distortion. Your Emir reported that the 1965 fight was what triggered off the 1966 coup.

Another thing that showed off the hypocrisy and demonic ways of Northern is the quickness to assign the 1966 coup as an "Igbo coup" despite their were non Igbo soliders that participated in the coup and an Igbo leader was killed in the coup ironically enough by one of the igbo soliders (Thank God for internet era because it exposed slot of mischief) Anyway, but the 1983 coup which had nothing but All northern soliders excluding one southern was not called the "Northern coup". I find that hilarious to another level.

Thirdly, the FIRST ever tribal kill that occurred in Niggeria was not the 1966 coup but rather the 1945 and 1953 attack from Northerners towards Igbos and other Eastern minorites. An attack that was triggered for no fucking reasons other than your hate towards anybody with different religion and culture from una. Even the British were confused on what triggered it at that time.

Lastly, in terms of GEJ. It is beyond obvious the North hated GEJ because he brought Igbos into the affairs of the government, the fact he is a minority and finally his religious beliefs. Your people's reaction towards Buhari even though that nigga is fucking up and failing woefully compared to una reaction towards GEJ even though he did 10x better says it all. Hell you lots even threatened to make his leadership "ungovernable" immediately after he won. You killed off and attacked the Southerners residing in una region immediately after he won. It is beyond obvious you lots hated him for absolutely no reason other than your delusion that he was Igbo. Didn't you people go around calling him Igbo throughout his administration and even during the campaigns.

Dishing out false news na una work, no body will take your statement serious.
One thing you can't change is, the North remains your Master. All your leaders are in the North Ass-leaking Northern Assess.
As for your much avaiting Biafra, Forget it, cause the North is not ready to let you go. You can only go when the North said so.
I know my statement will pain you well, but I ask that you do your worst.

What benefits is it to boast about power when you are still the most poverty ridden groups in the entire country, the least educated in the entire country, The highest diseased in the entire country and the highest death rate in the entire country.

Dumbass you live Worst off than any other groups in Nigeria despite your region holding power the most. Something that does not benefit the you lots except your elites. The igbos you boast of "holding onto until North says so", your so incompetent you don't even realize the joke is on you. Excluding your elites, the rest of una are down south being gatemans and shining shoes or worst begging for merger meals from Igbos and other southern tribes. Despite holding power the most, other than your elites, the rest of una are on the lower tandem pole of the country. You literally say "yes ma'am, yes sir" to those you hitting your flat chest of "holding onto". The fact that you think you have the right to boost using your leaders status makes it funny as Bleep.

Lastly, every fucking body knows the reason the Northern desperately holding onto "one Nigeria". Even your own Emir aka SLS said it. You're doing it because of your own survival, nothing more, nothing less. We seen what the North will become without the South or even middle belt. We legit have a country with the exact same demographic as northern Nigeria to compare it. Niger and Mali is a perfect example of what your country would be if you lots weren't attached to South or Middle Belt. Your Northern leaders are very much aware of it hence they attach so hardly like leeches refusing to let go. The worst of it all, not only y'all holding on like leeches, you're equally dragging everybody else into complete shithole. The only times that shithole ever grew was when Southerners controlled the affairs of the country. Each time the northerners controlled the affairs, that shithole gets more shitty.

If the North is what you claimed, why didn't all Igbo's leave the North when the Northern Youths gave them quit notice last year?
One common thing with Igbo's is Propaganda. 90% of the Igbo's in the North will never go back to the East no matter what it takes. They will prefer to stay and do their business in the North peacefully.

See your ignorance. I gave you a DIRECT statement from a girl born and raised in North and you're still propagating your opinion.

Most stayed because they know North is the easiest to build their wealth. They get little to zero competition from the indigenous people in North. Fact!!The same can't be said about East or even Aniomaland.
Everyone in the South knows if you want to thrive any business with ridiculous easiness, little thinking and zero fear of a competitor beating you, go North.

You guys are psychopath but you're equally feasible defeatable in terms of anything that has to do with intellect. Every God damn person in Nigeria knows this shit
Politics / Re: Anioma State And South East Zone by Ikenna0b: 8:02pm On Jul 18, 2018
I'm going to say this and I'm going to say this one last time for those that keep cc me back into this mess. I've tapped out. This argument does not interest me nor concern me. I've already told una if you truly want to get the overview of the mentality of each Anioma towns, visit. We truly invite others to visit. Making your judgement based on people you met online is pure ignorance.

Secondly, as most Aniomas have told una, the deniers are the loudest in our community. They being the loudest does not make them the majority. They are the loudest because they want to impose their low self-esteem and insecurities on every Anioma. Majority of Aniomas ignores them; the only people that still engages them are SE Igbos and they are aware of it. Most Aniomas have little to zero desire or interest to engage in this type of argument. Perfect example is this thread. When you lots started on the Aniomas see themselves as not Igbos, except the denier, did you see anyone else that is Anioma contribute in the discussion? Even myself and anioma1stson that was present in this thread left? The others in the beginning of this thread, did they make any comment? Other than the denier, who else contributed?
It's kinda similar to the individual that wrote about the ika guy going to tedtalk to announce how Aniomas aren't igbo and asked why JJ okocha couldn't do the same to counteract it? it's because majority of Aniomas do not feel the need to keep on assuring everyone else of our stand when the deniers display their insecurities. Tey are individuals that have bearings to themselves and themselves only! I can bet you all a million dollars that there are Asaba person that believes the narrations that Anioma is a tribe and we aren't Igbo and very likely say it but his opinion is his. Does it represents that of all?

The question you all need to ask yourselves is this, if they are the majority; why do they have the interest to announce their individualist thought anywhere they go?

It's equivalent to the Yorubas desperately trying to attach themselves to Anioma through ugbodu. Anyone that's ever visited Ugbodu would laugh in their faces. Hell if you even know the celebrities that are from Ugbodu would laugh in their faces. Why? Because we had one that was member of predominately Yoruba music group (styl-plus). Yet he made sure to distinguished himself from the rest of the Yorubas in his group by accepting the nickname of the igbo boy in styl plus.

Again, people make comments and statements online. Just because you see statements online does not mean it's always factual. A perfect example is the statement accredited to Okowa on this thread by paxienza. A statement without links, which I've yet to locate anywhere else except here. Just because you read something on the internet does not mean it's factual.

As for those that keep cc me to this conversation. I don't engage myself with deniers because I know they are predominately insecure individuals seeking attention. I don't engage attention seekers. Secondly, I don't believe we have to continuously proving ourselves to SE Igbos. If you all have made up your mind on what you think is the thought of the average Anioma, that's fine and alright. Neither your opinions or all this unnecessary bickering would in anyway impact our reality so either way, it is all fine. The fact someone actually suggested we should sign a document to prove we're Igbos is insulting to another level but that's alright. Whatever paxienza and the likes of him think or suggest to sign document would not in anyway change what our ancestors are or what we are.

I would personally ask those that keep cc me to please stop cc me. I have no interest in still engaging in this conversation. Thank you.

This is an igbo girl that was born and raised in the North.
I have never lived in the North but my mother did, her description of her years in the North matches what this girl said. Every Igbo that lived in the North can testify what this girl said is the truth. Hell the last time I visited and one of my brother's friend came to see us, dude came looking like a straight aboki. According to him, the bank he works for transferred him to North.
