Simply put, they are attracted to well-to-do men. Not bad if you ask me.

About time struggling guys leave women alone and focus their time and energy in becoming a better person. They (women) will come for you when you've gotten your priorities right.

Let's not use our small change to impress them then come moaning about how they like money. cheesy

You're on point.

But then, its better you found love when you're still on your way up. Because once your are there already they will all claim to love you and you would be confused as to who truly do.

And so in the end you just gonna fuckkkkkk them all like 2face.

Except of course like two 2face you end up with the one who was there in the raining days. And treat the rest as what they are, 'come collect'

I like your spirit...but from the way you sound, I can tell you missed the "Civil War".
Try and ask someone about it. (someone who was there)

By God I miss it. And I want to have a part in it. God knows my heart.

They told me how terrible war is. But I kept wandering why I wasn't around then. And now that am here, I want my pound of flesh.

HausaFulanis, Dribbling Nigeria Since Amalgamation.

Bros Jona, Sorry for what they did to you. But then again your fathers were busy drinking ogogoro while we were battling the hausafulani monsters and the yoruba slaves.

Had your waterside people woken up to the reality of this mirage called nigeria in 1967 then all this gang up against you would never have happened.

But then its not too late yet. Now you all have seen you have no stake in this entity, you either die to liberate your people or sit back once more like your fathers and brothers did in 67 and then watch in grave as your children now unborn go through the same orchestrated lies, gang-ups, downfall and outright rejection as have been visited on you by the same people that gave you south-south region just because they want to spite the Igbo in 1967.

In ernest, I have no pity on you. Go home and rest. You have been betrayed.

Except the dog is seriously hungry or under specific instructions, what they do most times is to surround you, smell your body and leave after they must have been convinced that you are not a threat.

Just stand still, they ll surround you and leave after sometime

Ok! Thanks

Even when they're running towards you with huge jaws?

Just asking because they can be really dreadful. I went to a house one day and two dogs that look exactly like hyenas were inside their cage and kept backing and banging and struggling to get out of the cage. And I was simply wondering what they would have done to me should they had got out of the cage.

So in that situation let's assume they got out and came towards me in that same dreadful manner they had been barking, should I have just stood? What do you think they'd have done to me?

Politics / Boko Haram Is A Fraud, Says Buhari by illiad1(m): 2:43pm On Apr 28, 2015
The President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, has said the claim by the Boko Haram sect that it is a religious group is a fraud.

He also said the sect would be denied a recruitment base the moment people in local communities realised that its claim of being a religious group was nothing but a fraud.

Buhari said this while receiving a delegation from Nasarawa State which was led by the state Governor, Tanko Al-Makura, at the Defence House, on Monday.

In a statement signed by the Director of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, Mallam Garba Shehu, Buhari was quoted as saying, “The fraud called Boko Haram can be defeated by denying it a recruitment base.

“No religion allows for the killing of children in school dormitory, in markets and places of worship. They have nothing to do with religion. They are terrorists and we are going to deal with them as they deal with terrorists anywhere.”

The President-elect also said he was greatly pained by the destruction of schools in the north-eastern part of the country.

This, he noted, could deny thousands of children access to education and a better future unless something was done urgently to avert “this tragedy.”

“The worst thing anybody can do is to deny children access to education. That will be destructive to their lives and we are not going to allow that to happen,” the President-elect said.

He also said that his government would help the states to get more money to improve infrastructure by ensuring that all federally-collectible revenues were paid directly into the Federation Account and each tier of government given its due share.

Buhari was also quoted as saying, “As at now, the government does not even know how many revenue accounts it has. We will give all the tiers of government what is due to them but we will hold them accountable as we would the Federal Government.”

Buhari while describing Nasarawa State as his own “political laboratory,” meaning the only CPC-controlled state out of the 36 others. He adjudged the experiment as a success.

He said, “From one state, I now have 22 political laboratories.”

He commended Al-Makura for surviving many impeachment plots saying, “Without Nasarawa, there would not have been the APC.”

Earlier, Al-Makura had said he led the delegation to congratulate Buhari on his victory which was not only a victory for him but a victory for Nigerians.

Politics / IG Orders Tight Security Around Media Houses by illiad1(m): 2:33pm On Apr 28, 2015
Acting Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase

The Acting Inspector General of Police, Mr Solomon Arase, has ordered tight security around media houses in the country.

Arase, who gave the order in a statement issued on Tuesday in Abuja by the Force spokesman, Mr Emmanuel Ojukwu, expressed concern over the recent attacks on media houses and journalists.

He also said the order was in line with the mandate of the force to protect lives and property of the citizenry under the law.

Arase acknowledged the valuable roles of the media in the enthronement of democracy in the country and advised citizens to be more vigilant.

He also advised citizens to be proactive and report any suspicious movement or persons to the police promptly for appropriate action.

Biafra is the only hope of freeing Yorubbish people from this permanent slavery.

Pls don't think am one of those saying lagos is no mans land. I don't support that but I do have the record that shows the yorubas were not the first settlers in lagos but that they overwhelmed the first settlers by number.

Having said that. I know and believe that everyone in lagos is at one time or the other a settler. Anyone in lagos came from somewhere and settled in lagos including the rulers of lagos and if anyone thinks otherwise, then that's because such fellow have totally lost touch with the history of their lineage.

I think that's what some people try to say when they say lagos is no mans land.

And that makes blogger a better template. As you're not just there to consume but know something about the makings of what you're using.

What a funny incident.
People should stop running away from dogs. Just stand still and be calm, it will only circle you and leave after a while, especially if it is not rabid.
If na rabid dog, you are on your own oo

Soon dog owners would be paying heavily in cash or jail terms for attacks by their dogs on citizens.

When the HausaFulanis took to killing
the Igbos in their midst. They were
happy that they're proving to the Igbos
that they own the land and can kill
anyone at will. But today the monsters
they groomed for killing igbos are now
killing them. To the extent that even
their emirs are shot and killed both
wife and kids included. Now they have
become displaced in their north. Now
they are running away from their north.
Now their north is isolated from serious
business activities. That is exactly what
they deserve. They planted it all and
now they would reap it in full.

I am not ready to fight for any politician. I am not even ready to vote for any of them. But mark my word, I am ready to die for my freedom and the freedom of my children.

It is unfortunate that some people think we have a country and the country will improve in thousand years. Not this one called Nigeria. We are only prolonging the evil day for those yet unborn. And they will not forgive us when they hear that we did had the opportunity of dying for them but decided cowardly to hand it over to them.

usually i try as much as possible to distant myself frm evry tribal thread on NL kus mst of d tym its jst nt worth it wen u knw dat reality z drastically diff frm wat u c on NL.
for starters..i read chinua achebe's personal acct of d war nd i realised dat if asked to pik again e definitely most probably nt pik war...funny ow nbdy talks abt ojukwu fleeing wen d war ended.
in my opinion d civil war was more personal both ojukwu nd gowon had chances to eida stp d war or reduce d damage bt dey didnt take it nd its d common man dat suffered.
am greatly saddened wen peeps pushing for biafra talk of a paradise like country....its rili sad dat we aint learning frm history...d evidences r all around us. d ones calling for d war wont suffer its we dat follow dem dat would.
nobody cn deny dat d idea of biafra is noble kus i personally hate lugard for interrupting a process of mutual integration dat nature already strtd bt den read george orwell's animal farm again..history continues to prove him right.
i hope we dont lt our leaders fool us again by simply providing an imaginary comfort for our ever yearning soul for d ideal world.
SHALOM

As noble as your soup seems. One thing is certain though. This country is going nowhere with the northern baggage of backwardness it has carried for the past sixty years. Even in hundred years more nigeria still be where it is now.

Freedom is death because it takes blood to come into fruition.

As it stands we've got only two options 'suffer the slings & arrows of outrageous fortune, Or take arms against a sea of troubles and by opposing end them'
I am of the school of the later.
