we might be in crossroads but I love facts. The SE leaders are simply idiots. But I disagree with your polishing of SW. they’re also idiots for allowing their heads to be used on federal level. Tinubu went to mosque with a military convoy in Lagos. That’s idiotic.

Focus. This is between SE and Speaker. Nothing concerns President Tinubu or SW.

Didn't you see Nnamdi kanu speak against them many times? And didn't you criticize him for doing that? Didn't you see Ike Ekweremmadu beaten up? The truth is that 950 among 1,000 igbos who are in any administration in Nigeria are sellouts. Our political salvation can only come from outside their circle.

Then open posts on twitter and share what Speaker is demanding. Bring it to your brothers awareness.

If you dont have leaders you trust to represent you maybe some Hausa/Fulani might be interested to table grievances on your behalf. They are trustworthy.

The answers to this quest will vary from group to group and individual to individual

Generally without sounding selfish nor selfcentered! Southeasterners or Ibos want the Truth to be acknowledged, spoken and implemented.

Ibos seek for peace! And one major means of getting peace is by actual release of Mazi Nnamdi kanu! And giving Ibos an even play politically without baiseness and segregation

Speaker Abbass is very specific. He said legitimate grievances.

Nnamdi Kanu is an illegitimate grievance.

Get on social media and start opening posts on fb, x, ig, tt, give it same fervor like you would if Lagos was the subject, or if it's about Tinubu.

House of Assembly has opened the door and wants to hear about your grievances, legitimate ones. Dont drag abeg. Do not dissapoint Nigerians.

Get on it...giddy up your SE leaders.
When your shops were demolished in Lagos they travelled to talk about your welfare. When your shops were sealed for living in filth, they came to beg.

Speaker has asked them to show face and table your desire in SE. What do Ibos want?

The problem is that those you call the South Eastern leaders are not people who were actually chosen by the people. So it is impossible for these people to represent the interest of the masses correctly. For example, look at Imo State. Can Hope Uzodimma who was rejected by the people at the polls but forced himself on them using the Federal Government, represent the interest of the people who rejected him? In fact, there was a reason why he was rejected in the first place and it must border on the fact that he is not selfless enough to represent the interest of the people above his self interest.

So you guys should try to understand the situation. It is different from Southwest where you sometimes have leaders who truly represent your interest. Meanwhile thank you for your genuine concern for the welfare of Southeast.

If you don't trust your leaders, and they are not genuine about your welfare, then why are you not speaking up to attack them and demand better leadership in SE?

The SE politicians will ruin their chances as usual. They'll tell you to fund them and make peace with the easterners. The SE politicians are all after their stomach!

If this senator is serious, let him invite NK and ask him what does Igbos wants, the guy will bodly tell you referendum

Meanwhile Obi just want a prosperous new Nigeria for us all

First, Abbass is not a Senator.
Second, he did not say SE politicians.
Third, forget about Nnamdi Kanu, he is going to face execution after his conviction.

Politics / What Do Ibos Want? Speaker Abbass Invites Ibo Leaders To Step Forward. by ImperialYoruba: 10:06am On Jan 02
My advise to Ibo people, take your mind and interest away from Lagos State for now. Forget about President Tinubu for now. Forget about demolition and market closure, just push it aside, forget about showing off your mansion in village for the moment.

The only issue that is priority and every Ibo person need to babysit at moment is to push your leaders to respond and submit your grievance to House of Assembly. You want Biafra? Now is time for your leaders to express that desire so House can pass Bill for referendum.

Speaker did not ask your leaders to table what they want.....he said ibo leaders in SE, he was very specific. Ibo leaders in SE should bring their peoples legitimate grievances forward.

Now is your time to act! Get on it....raise voices and disturb internet, force your SE leaders to tender your request for Biafra referendum.

I posted below info to help motivate you.

Biafra Kwenu!

Mynd44:

The police isn't the problem, Nigerians are the problem.

The initial quit notices were served in 2019. The tenants went to court and the court case started. The court finally ruled that POWA had the right to evict and demolish.

POWA applied for a demolition permit, it was issued and the tenants were served a 3-Month notice ending December 31st.

Then they were also served a 24-hour notice on December 30 to remind them.

As at midnight of 12am January 1, those tenants should have left as they didn't have any legal stance or any right to be there, POWA had gone through the needed steps too and so they can't be held liable.

Also note that those asking where the tenants should go, POWA has not been collecting rent since 2019 when the initial quit notices were served. They refused to make plans now this has happened.

Are you serious? Where did Emeka and Chibueke come from? Abi flood and erosion done wash Bini-Onitsha road comot ni?

@ Scared and afraid, is that why your kings and governors are always coming to lagos to kneel and beg the governor, do you know how times your fathers went to abuja to kneel & beg buhari on behave of Nnamdi kanu

The best mansions and most expensive properties are outside East as a matter of Fact, in business world there is no Igbo close to Dangote or Otedola on Forbes.

In the Nigeria of today, with the level of insecurity happening in the East Igbos can't travel home in troops to enjoy xmas for the fear of kidnap or gruesome murder, even those Igbos in Diaspora if they come home they stay in Lagos and invite there parent to meet them for cash & other stuffs they brought.

continue importing whatever or fake no problem, the hausa & yoruba dynasty will also continue to ignore the rising imsecurity in the East, when una kidnap and kill unaselves finish see let see how the league go end

He, further added that Lagos is battling with proper planning for thousands of people who migrate into Lagos daily in search of greener pastures, adding abiding by the physical planning standard of the state will avert disasters such as building collapse.

Politics / Re: Supreme Court Only Made Nnamdi Kanu More Popular by ImperialYoruba: 10:48pm On Dec 15, 2023
gidgiddy:
When you look at the people celebrating that Nnamdi Kanu was not released today, it is the usual crowd, non South Easterners who are desperate to protect their long failed "one Nigeria" that has never worked. The children of Lord Lugard.

These are the same people who have earmarked the 1st of October every year to celebrate the independence and freedom of Nigeria from Britain, but if you talk about gaining independence and freedom from Nigeria, they will be ready to kill you grin grin grin

As much as I was looking foward to being one of those who will receive Nnamdi Kanu today, the Supreme Court has determined he should face trial, and by doing so, have told the world that state sponsored kidnapping is ok. Nnamdi Kanu will face his trial, and he will beat tye Nigerian government as he has done in several courts. Whatever the outcome, the fact that Nigeria cannot work will not go away

However, Nnamdi Kanu remains as popular amongst his people as ever. He has solidified his position as a freedom fighter facing persecution from an unjust state that is ready to crush all voice of dissent. A political prisoner of conscience

Even Mandela had to spend many years in jail for the liberation of his people from oppression, tyranny and injustice, but later became one of the greatest African to have lived. May be that is the destiny of Nnamdi Kanu

God bless Nnamdi Kanu, born freedom fighter

Ohamadike!

Kanu believed he will come out of prison today, but animals in the ZOO ordered him returned to his cage. Its a win for zoo today.

Culture / Re: Weird Encounter With Igbo Hausa And Yoruba Man At Eko Atlantic City Yesterday by ImperialYoruba: 5:16am On Dec 15, 2023
sukkot:
So I went to eko Atlantic City yesterday. This is being touted as a world class facility owned by the Lebanese family the Chagourys but as usual anything Nigerians are involved in always turns to jungle aggressive nonsense. People lie to themselves and say the government is the problem with Nigeria but truthfully Nigerias problems is it’s citizens not the government. The citizens are crass and overly aggressive and have no common sense

So here is my encounter. I go to the two towers where the restaurants are. Opposite the towers is a small power generating facility but the gate is always open and it has parking facilities and in fact an ignorant person can mistake the place as the parking facility for the restaurant. Which is where the first world attitude will help clear up the mistake. If you make that mistake in a civilized country of parking in the wrong place they will come up to you and politely tell you that this is not a public parking space and would direct you to the right space to park but noooo not these jungle minded inbreds

So after parking the car I kinda knew this may be a wrong parking spot so I didn’t walk far. Just a little walk to make an inquiry and then I looked back and saw this aboki closing the gate trying to make sure I can’t come back to get my car. I said what are you doing ? Ok let me get my car , this belligerent and loquacious guy was just full of anger, obviously there are many underlying issues if you look at him closely maybe the brain is not functioning optimally due to bad diet etc but his reaction to a slight mistake had me ask him why he is acting as if I killed someone ? I mean the reaction was just too exaggerated for the minor issue at hand. So he kidnapped my car and wouldn’t let me in to collect the car

Then a more reasonable looking guy came out of the facility . I breath a sigh of relief that someone who appears normal who I can speak to is here. He explained to me that next time I should not park there but that I have to pay them money before they can release my car. This guy is trying to extort me in a world class facility. You see how employing Nigerians can degrade your business to jungle level ? Trying to extort me in a world class facility ? I said I don’t have any money with me. He walked away and said that in that case my car is seized and will not be returned to me. He went back in the building

Then a third guy came from another part of the building and asked what was happening. He called the guy who was trying to extort me to come back out, when he called his name it was Ananyo or Anayo. Igbo man. Anyway this third guy identified himself as engineer bayo and told the aboki and Anayo to open the gate and let me come in to retrieve my car. That’s how after almost 1 hour of kidnapping my car I was able to retrieve it

And so in a world class facility we see what Nigerians can reduce your business into, we experience aggression, irrational behavior, exaggerated response to trivial issues, loquaciousness, pugnacious behavior and finally BRIBERY AND EXTORTION. which brings me back to the saying THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT OUR PROBLEM, NIGERIANS ARE OUR PROBLEM
Nlfpmod

OP, you were trying to reason with animals. Next time do not argue with them, go out and recruit 4 alayes to escort you back and talk animal language to them. UTC dey under alaye dansiki, e just need to lift up the hem and establish their line of sight. Thats all!
