Many people settle for less because they don't want to leave their comfort zone

in most cases for that reason they end up suffering in their comfort zone.

echobazz:
Jagaban I really admire your e-book,The cost of acquiring the e-book is no where near the content in it.Thanks for your support.

IsaacBuchi:

A lot of people dont appreciate when they are given gold. Some people are narrow minded...some refuse to think out-of-the-box. This guy has released in his ebook all you need to use your brain. I was shocked at the powerful content of the ebook. Every Nigerian deserves to read that gaddamn book. That book has the power to take half of Nigeria's population out of poverty.

This guyz ebook is a gold for Nigerians, I can testify to it- I bought the book. His ebook kept me glued in a chair for over an hour in a stretch- I was reading non-stop...amazed at how someone in Nigeria can release such a powerful idea that alot of people want to hide (and know only themselves).

This guyz ebook saves you years of trial an error. He takes you right past through to the main things. With his ebook, I dont see what should stop anybody ever again in Nigeria from doing and succeeding in online business. He has done the thinking for you, he has done the errors for you.

This guy is a blessing from heaven...this guy is gold...this guy is more of what Nigerians need...this guy is more than a master....this guy has love in his heart (through love indeed....i can vouch for this guy, over and over and over again.)

So please dont come hear to make comment and say "he is selling books of 3000naira". How much did you expect the book to be before. The book is worth over 50,000naira. If he tells you to pay 50k, can you pay it? How much is Facebook advert? $5 (what will Zuckberg do with $5?).

You should understand that he has created something of value out of a loving heart, he definitly should get some credit or reward. He is simply making money from doing what he loves. So why the side talk?

He is simply practicing what he preach- he is making money online. Something you can not do, something you dont know how to do...and he is willing to teach you for just 3000naira and you are complaining and thinking he wants to extort from you- because he ask you to pay him what he rightly deserves (absolutely crazy kind of thinking). But you will still be the same person to go to Night Clubs and spend 20,000naira in one night (invest in the right things). Some people just sit and watch success pass them by and later the begin to wonder why they are poor.

Please, I have said enough. If you are not interested in online means of earning a living, please, and please do not discourage others from taking a right step.

No hard feelings...just trying to correct you.

Business / Five Reasons Why Most People Settle For Less by importexpert(m): 7:20pm On Apr 10, 2017
We all have goals and aspirations that we constantly work towards. Nobody was taught how to dream, it is an innate ability within every human. But even though everyone has a dream, very few become a reality. Most goals suddenly change into the “if only...” statements. This is because every goal has to be tested by opposition and hurdles.

However, a wise man once said, “What holds us back is hardly what confronts us. Instead, it is what is within us”. This means what prevents people from living their dreams is not the situation they are faced with but because of certain things they did not deal with on their inside. Likewise in business, harsh economic weather among other things is rarely why businesses fail or never get started. The business person builds the business. The strength of the business is therefore dependent on his personality (the kind of person he has developed himself to be). It is therefore logical that he works on himself first!

Here are five reasons people settle for less rather than pursue their goals.

1. Fear:

Fear is unarguably the first on the list. Fear is a natural instinct that is implanted in humans to keep us away from danger. Unfortunately, it has become a restriction because very few people have learned to master it. Many people avoid starting a business because they are scared it will fail. But there are many businesses that started from the scratch and did not fail.

To handle your fear, you have to learn to stop running away from what looks scary. Do the things that make you afraid. Start with the little ones on the list and build your courage from the successes you record. Constantly reaffirm to yourself that what you feel is the usual feeling people have when they are trying out a new terrain. With time, you’d get familiar with it too.

2. Excuses:

This ranks second on the list. An excuse is a convenient way for us to absolve ourselves of the blame for a situation by implicating others. We declare that we are innocent and spotless while we point to others or things as the culprits of whatever happen to us. Interestingly, excuses are so cheap that everyone can pull one out of their pocket at a moment’s notice. You can literally have an excuse right now for something you can do but which you don’t want to. The fact here is that excuses are signs of failure. Hardly does anybody give an excuse for success.

To conquer habit of excuses, you have to remind yourself that you are responsible for everything around you. Constantly make decisions with the notion that you will not entertain any reason for failure.

3. Dependence:

Depending on others may work for a moment but the disappointment it will bring when expectations are not met can be massive. People have their lives to live and are not shareholders of your life. It is therefore strange to believe that they will take up your issue as their responsibility. Dependence robs you of your own initiative and power to change your own life.

To conquer dependence, all you need is quit and get busy for yourself. Quit waiting for that uncle of yours. Quit waiting for your distant relative. Quit waiting for the government. You have two hands like they do! Take control of your life and consciously mold it to your desired shape rather than leaving it to others.

4. Ignorance:

Nothing is as rampant among a group of people as ignorance. It is like bad breath. Hardly will the individual know it except he is told by others. This explains why people flaunt their ignorance with pride. Ignorance simply implies that you do not have enough and correct information. The best way to spot your ignorance is to know when what you know is not working.
To overcome ignorance, it is a noble habit that you constantly seek enough information before you take any step. Invest in books. Surf the web. Consult with the experts in the field.

5. Procrastination:

Procrastination is leaving till tomorrow what you can do right now. Procrastination shifts responsibilities to create room for convenience today and overload tomorrow. The problem with procrastinating is that it robs you of the gift of time which it would have taken to execute another idea. It also increases the pressure that you will face tomorrow. It is a way of straining your tomorrow even before you step into it.

To overcome procrastination, you need to realize that you lose the effectiveness of result of everything you postpone. Make up your mind to start immediately whatever it is that you have planned. Begin the project now. Start the business now. Remind yourself of the need to live in the present by instructing yourself to “do it now”.

Ultimately, it lies in your hands to what extent you want to succeed. The power to decide how far you want to go is not in the hands of fate but your hands. In the words of Marjaan Saddiq, “fate only wins when you acknowledge defeat”. Refuse to settle for less. Dare for more. Conquer yourself and nothing shall be too big for you to defeat.

i realised this early during my second year in the university,my first dream in life was to be a lecturer with the sole purpose of getting rich and wealthy in lecturing job. At time goes on i realised that those lecturers i sees everyday in my school are not so rich to the level i desire which make me realised that salary work will never make me rich and achieve my finacial dream,so after graduation i,m venturing into business no matter how small it will be and i belive that with dedication, perseverace and time i will surely get to top. Entreprenuership and business are the only way to finacial freedom and liberate someone from clutches of poverty. Salary work wil only sustain u and will never make u rich. My advice to my fellow young guys out there esp the graduates, please stop wasting your time hoping on white cola job that i think does not exist due to recession, find something and start doing no matter how small, start business, learn skill, look around and search for those needs people are lacking and find a suitable product that will satisfy those needs with that u are automatically a millionaire in a short time. Think smart, think big. Start something today because the best time to plant a seed was 10yrs ago and another best time is today.

lecturing can make you rich, it depends on how good you are with finance. their are some principles governing wealth accumulation that space will not allow me to discuss. but i will summarize it in few lines. principle no,1 is to save not less-than 10% of all that you earn. it can be up-to 20 or 50%. when it starts accumulating, invest it and it will add an extra flesh to your salary. repeat this process. too little time for expatiating this.

Romance / Signs Your Relationship Is Over Before It Is Officially Over by importexpert(m): 7:10pm On Apr 06, 2017
There is never a jolly good ride in any relationship. Every relationship surely has its ups and downs; and a large part of the time, it is due to individual differences.

However, some relationships are basically over even before the real break up happens. Both partners may have sensed it coming and just ignore it rather than try to rejuvenate the relationship.
Like someone said, “you need to know when a relationship is over so you don’t try to keep raising the dead. You need to know when it is dead.”

Here are the most common signs of a relationship with an impending end.

1. No more jealousy: This is one of the very first sign of a bad relationship. Healthy jealousy is one of the mutual characteristics of lovers. It shows that you have marked that person as your own. If anyone tries to trespass, you will often feel jealous because you feel your partner is your territory. But should there be a time that you or your partner stops feeling jealous about each other, it is a serious sign. It means your partner has concluded that he/she can do without you. It’s like the famous saying, “good riddance to bad rubbish”.

2. You both stop doing the little things: You will agree with me that most of the best things in a relationship happen when your partner does little things for you that you can probably even do by yourself. Why is it so? Because you were not expecting it but he/she did it anyway. When you and your partner quit doing little things that you have done for each other, it often means that you no longer see each other as special like before.

3. One partner is holding out: A relationship is between two people and it requires the efforts and inputs of the two partners to succeed. It is a known fact already that a one sided relationship cannot survive. So, in a situation where only one partner is now doing everything in a relationship, it means the other partner feels the relationship is not worth their time or energy. Guess which of the partner is most likely going to be trying to make things work? It is the partner who invested the most!

4. Communication dwindles: Usually, a relationship between two people makes them very close friends (or most times, best friends) and this means that they can talk to each other a lot about almost everything. In the same vein, they are able to discuss their feelings, future plans and other heart-to-heart talks. But if the relationship is about to end, reverse will be the case. There may be “hellos” and the usual “how are you doing” conversations but that is about all the discussion gets. One partner or the two partners just withdraw from the real essence of the communication they once shared.

5. Irritation kicks in: When two people are in love, they are usually excited about each other’s attraction and tolerant of each other’s weaknesses and shortcomings. But when the relationship gets sour, even the very thing that attracted them to each other can become a source of irritation. A partner who was admired because he was often quiet may soon be resented by the other because he rarely talks. Worse still, even casual things may cause you or your partner to be angry with each other. Once this kicks in and it is not resolved, it can be a big hole in the relationship.

6. Relationship Sabotage: This is obviously the cruelest sign in the list. When one partner is tired of the relationship but does not want to initiate the break up, the partner may begin to do things that will get the other partner angry. What is the goal? To push the other to the point of least resistance. If the person finally decides to quit, the aim is achieved. On the other hand, if the partner tolerates it, the resentment will just get bigger. So, if your partner is doing anything like this, he or she just wants to push you to the brink to do the break up yourself.

7. Your partner gets busy: This is the ultimate sign. Everybody is busy with one thing or the other. We just always create time for those who we believe are worth it. So, if your partner becomes so busy all of a sudden that you both rarely spend time together; it could be an indication that he/she is no longer interested in the relationship. People tend to avoid what they cannot deal with.

If at least four of these signs shows up in a relationship, you should know that the end is near. Every faulty relationship can be worked out but if your partner’s heart is no longer there, there is no amount of sweet talking or kind gestures that will bring them back.
DO you agree with these points? What other signs do you think show a crashing relationship grin?

Business / 5 Things Smart People Know About Having Their Jobs by importexpert(m): 6:49pm On Apr 06, 2017
People have wondered why I keep trying to re-orientate the minds of Nigerians about jobs. I want to state it clearly to avoid being misunderstood: I have no issue with someone having a job. We all tried our hands at one job or the other. I know the feeling of waking up each morning with sleepy eyes just to avoid being late to work. I know the feeling of having a demanding boss and nosey co-workers. I know the feeling of receiving your salary and after splitting it to meet various needs, there is barely much left. I know and I fully understand.

But there are a couple of things that I learned early enough which smart workers must have realized about their jobs.

1. It is a way of forfeiting your dreams for someone else: Be sincere with yourself, did you ever dream of living your whole life based on the routine of 8am-5pm job? Very rarely will anybody have such a dream. But this is what has become of so many people, and there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel. When you received that job, you signed up to work towards the realization of the organization- owned by someone! When are you going to start chasing your dreams?

2. It is a temporary solution to financial problems: Smart people have realized it too. The pay that comes from your job will not cater for your financial problems completely. It will merely give you enough to live by for the month. Hardly will you get the luxury that you see on TV or that you have imagined based on it. And have you observed that most often, the problems you solve with your salary for a month are the same problems you are going to use it for next month? The cycle never really changes!

3. Your pay check is a reminder that you are not completely free: Now this is one fact that some may doubt but it is true nonetheless. Any one or system that controls your finances to a fairly good extent controls you. It controls your time, energy and also your mental efforts. The idea is it to keep you dependent on the system for another pay because what it offers you will hardly be enough to meet the needs you are faced with. In simple terms, you are not completely free.

4. It keeps you attached to itself like an addiction: Have you not wondered how so many people stay at a job for so long? I have. No job was designed to make you rich. No job was designed for you to achieve financial independence. Also, no job was designed to make you think of leaving (except if things go wrong). What the system will do to you is gradually get you used to receiving a salary. Soon enough, you will start resenting the idea of starting your own venture because you will realize that monthly pay that you receive may vanish. It’s like doing drugs. It gets you high for a while and makes you want more.

5. Have a job, but own a business at all cost: Smart people realize that they may have needs that needs to be met continually, but they are also aware of the need to secure their finance by owning a business. They realize that what they earn keeps them afloat for the moment but it has no future guarantee. So, rather than forfeit one at the expense of the other, they decide to handle the two. They retain their job while they find and set up a business of their own that they can run. They ensure that the business does not require much of their time so it doesn’t interfere with their jobs. It is a win-win situation for them.

It is said that the power of a seed is not in its size but in its potential. Likewise, starting a business may seem small or of little importance now, but its true worth is in its potential. Its worth is in what it can become three to five months or years from now if you stick with it. So once again, I urge you to be proactive and start a business now rather than grumble about why you think you can’t.

Are u serious? Please tell me more about him because I bought his book and I will be paying about 25k 4 d affiliate marketing training...

bro either you are coming for my one on one training or not, you are in a better shoe to judge your experience with me. some of those that claim i do not respond to calls have never called me. the guide comes with a 30days money back guarantee for anybody that is not satisfied. most of those that come here to say things have their own personal motives. so please do not be deceived.. either you are satisfied with my services or not, i believe you have done business with me and you are matured enough to judge for yourself.
