This is very unfortunate. A new born baby was found in a refuse dump this morning kept by a wicked supposed mother with placental and umbilical cords all intact. The baby reportedly died before rescue came. This happened few minutes ago at Iwehrekpokpo Road in Ughelli North, Delta state.

Here's an update on the little girl identified as Khadijah Bashir who was raped when she was 6 months old by the husband of her mother's friend in Kano state. The baby who is now 9 monhs old -is being treated at a hospital in Kano after undergoing surgery.

New photos of the baby have emerged as reports have it that she's added 0.7kg since the harrowing experience. She reportedly weighs 6kg now.

A man was said to have been found dead in the back seat of a car yesterday along New Stadium Ring Road in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state. According to Sun Newspaper correspondent, Mr Joe Effiong who shared this to identify the deceased, the car was later taken to a police station in the area.

Today ,13/05/2017, at 1:10am, three suicide bombers, two men and a woman attempted to gain access into university of Maiduguri, Borno state but we're sighted by the university security who stopped them for interrogation. While interrogating them, the two suicide bombers detonated their explosives devices which injured one of the securities and killed another .

The third suicide bomber hid close to the vicinity of a church in the university later detonated her explosive which affected the structure of the church with no casualty.

The injured was taken UMTH after administration of first aid while the corpses were deposited at Borno specialist hospital by the NEMA ERT team.

The Oyo State Police Command on Friday paraded a 55-year-old pastor for alleged unlawful possession of a human head, buffalo horn as well as gun powder and charms. The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the police also paraded 18 suspects arrested for alleged armed robbery, stealing and cultism.

The Commissioner of Police, Abiodun Odude, told journalists in Ibadan that the pastor, said to be the founder of Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Idapomimo Zion, Alagbado, Lagos, was arrested by operatives of the Federal Highway Patrol during a “stop and search’’ operation.

Mr. Odude said that the pastor was arrested at about 10:30 p.m. on May 4 on his way to another branch of the church at Imini in Afijo Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The suspect, on his part, told journalists that he got the human head during a demolition exercise in Alagbado, Lagos.

Mr. Isaiah, who claimed to be the son of a herbalist, said that he was taking the human head to the branch of the church at Imini to offer sacrifice in order to chase away thieves terrorising the area.

He, however, said that such an attitude was not expected from a pastor.

Items recovered from other robbery suspects were eight vehicles, 14 cell phones and 106 rounds of ammunition.

Edo state police command has smashed a gang of interstate armed robbers. The three suspects which has a female among them specialise in stationing a cab in front of banks waiting to pick their unsuspecting passengers who had just withdrawn money from the bank.

They were arrested near Ramat park in Benin city after successfully robbing a woman at gun point and thrown her out of a moving car.
