Had we developed our refining capacity, we wouldn't need to expend hard earned Petro dollar on importing refined products and incurring additional expenses on subsidy. As long as we import refined products, we would pay premium for it and continue to impoverish the citizenry.

He would recommend a series of tests and possibly do a culture of the puss. You didn't deem it fit to call to explain why you couldn't send the details. That speaks volumes! You may have genuine reasons for your inability to contact me on the day, courtesy demands you call or text to apologize. No one will want to deal with you with such an attitude.
