Several youths now are beginning to have the right mindset of knowing and implementing how to make money legitimately from Nigeria. Rest of mind and genuine happiness.

To me no amount is too small. Expecting big hit once in domaining means buying from auctions and closeouts. You can't reg a dropped domain for $9 and expect to flip it $900 ASAP. you go wait tire.

The real point is GEO domains is currently over saturated. I invest few on it now. Once someone makes a sale and reports it, some of us go and register similar versions and start contacting those end users the previous seller must have contacted before. Some end users take this as harassment.

But not to say GEO is still not selling. Make sure similar version is not already in the marketplace before registering and then do not overprice. $200 into 5 is $1k. You can do and repeat this over and over with consistency. I do it. Building wealth is a process.

Last night I still made a sale on GEO, $400 . Sorry I won't post the full name because I still want to explore other cities. It's important.

Hello. If you know you don't own a domain, no need to outbound it first hoping that if the end user shows interest, you will quickly go and register the domain. This is unprofessional and highly uncalled for. Domaining is all about investing and taking the risk at times so why not register the domain first before contacting end users? Thus shouldn't be encouraged. The best time to use thus tactics is when a buyer has bought from you before, yiu then can coin some names and send it to the same buyer if he or she will have interest.

I remember the time I sold a foreign currency keyword to one buyer $50. I later came up with several coined foreign currency keywords both registered and un-registered and sent to him if he would be interested , he showed interest. We did the deal then up to $2k before he later lost interest.. I reported the sales on the other thread then. You get the dimension now? No point marketing a domain you don't own or haven't registered. It's bad.

No point on listing domains at epik Marketplace. There WILL be a big delay in paying you or they will even tell you to use the funds to register domains there. Beware. You can register a domain there if you like but don't list in their marketplace to avoid such stories.

privacy was on. You can still be contacted even when full privacy is on. Message came from whois with the buyer's email address. Check screenshot below.

I got a whois request yesterday on one of my domains. Replied how may I help, that am the owner of the domain. He replied today telling me the said domain was his before and its a trademarked domain. Now requesting that I should transfer the domain back to him, if not he will take legal actions against me.

Alright. Not baffled, I explained to him that am a domain investor and I bought the domain when it was available, that I didn't steal the domain from him. I told him for me to take him serious, he have to give me reasonable offer if he wants his domain name back not this one he's telling me. He made an offer of $100. But I told him I can consider him for $500.

He replied with $400 which I accepted and warned him to be more careful next time, that he can even renew 5 years ahead to avoid something like this.

He later paid through Dan. Transaction has been closed.

TokenizeAsset.com $1k via afternic. Interestingly I regd this domain in 2020. Renewed last year but failed to renew this year. Domain expired last month. Sent a mail to dynadot support and he replied I can still do a domain restore. Checked and saw the domain is still eligible to be restored at $89.99 USD which I did immediately.

Lesson here is if you believe in that domain, continue renewing.
