What if she is blackmailing the Apostle to continue to pay her or she reveals their affair with solid evidences and totally destroy his ministry? This is a possibility, because I don't see why the apostle will continue to have a relationship with her or fund her expensive lifestyle after the otobo tsunami. 1 Like |

kekakuz: I don't know how educated you are, but using those three tribes to rep all Nigerians is not only shallow but also a fallacy of generalization, and it is unacceptable. You must be among those folks who think that if a Nigerian is not yoruba, he must be igbo or hausa. Very dumb! Pls upgrade your thinking. |

Politics / Photos: The Terrible State Of Roads In Benin City by Iytech(m): 12:07pm On Oct 21, 2015 |
This is a section of the popular Ring road in Benin City. These pictures show a reflection of the terrible and deplorable state of roads in Benin City, that you begin to wonder what the Edo state government and the Oredo local government are really doing. This section of the road is almost turning into a river, as vehicles virtually have to swim through it. I'm not even from Edo state, neither do I stay there, but I feel so sad seeing these things and think it is necessary to snap these pictures and publicize it with view to attracting the necessary attention that could lead to the renovation of the road. As I was taking these pictures yesterday, I was having this little fear that a thug could approach me, seize my phone and smash it, to avoid this revelation going public. Thank God it never happened. Even if it did, I would have counted it as one of the sacrifices of doing a patriotic duty. NB: I'm of the opinion that evidences of bad governance from around the country must be publicized as widely as possible, so as to compelled some of our irresponsible political leaders to do the right thing. 2 Likes

Celebrities / 6 Interesting Things We Learnt From 2face’s 40th Birthday Celebration by Iytech(m): 3:28pm On Sep 21, 2015 |
One of the greatest music artistes that Nigeria has produced, Innocent ‘2face’ Idibia, celebrated his 40th birthday in grand style with a concert tagged ‘fortyfied’ at the Eko Hotels and Suites on the night of Sunday 20th September 2015. The ceremony was graced by notable Nigerian celebrities among other dignitaries. It was indeed a night of fun and excitement. Here are six interesting things we learnt from the fun-packed birthday show. 1) Everybody likes to associate with success It was interesting to note that many of the celebrities who came on stage to speak or perform tried to make the audience understand that they’ve been close to 2face for a long time. They did this by telling old personal stories of their friendship with him. While this is not bad, it reaffirms the popular belief that ‘’success has many fathers, but failure is an orphan’’. If 2baba was not doing fine, nobody would remember to tell such stories. 2) Nigerian women love 2face Everybody already knows this, but Senator Ita-Giwa made an open confession about it when she came on stage. The motherly senator who referred to 2face as her son, stated that Nigerian women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s and even 70s all love the Nigerian musical legend. ‘’We love him”, she announced boldly. This is no surprise, because the celebrant is obviously very handsome, very talented and successful, and to crown it all, he is humble. A great combination, if you ask me. Annie Macaulay is no doubt a lucky woman, as a lot of women wouldn’t mind being in her place. 3) 2face has a good sense of humour Innocent Idibia has definitely matured in many ways. From the way he was talking hilariously from where he was seated with the mic he was having, you could tell that he now has a great sense of humour. He has probably learnt to crack jokes from the many funny bashing he has received from Nigerian comedians about his misdemeanor and escapades. 2baba can also do well as a comedian. Yet another reason why the babes love him- a good sense of humour. 4) 9ice has lost his voice It’s unfortunate that the ‘Gonga Aso’ crooner has lost his once good and unique voice. He could barely sing his own song “street credibility’’ when he came on stage to do the song with 2face, whom he featured in the original song, which was a hit some years back. His voice was heavy and unclear, and 2face had to help him with his lines. When 9ice got to the part of the song that says ‘don’t doubt me, I go bring home grammy’, I just smiled and wondered whether he still has that dream of bringing a first grammy award to Nigeria, and how he’s gonna achieve it. I honestly think he should concentrate on his new political career, as his music career might just be over. 5) Dbanj almost implicated 2face: Just like the title of one of his hit songs- implication, 2face almost got implicated by Dbanj. Like other artistes who came on stage and made us know that they are close to 2face, Banga Lee said something along the line that 2face advised him sometime around 2010 about the rift that he may have with his former partner, Don Jazzy. The ‘feeling the nigga’ crooner stated that the advice from 2baba kept him strong and going when the separation storm eventually came. I feel this is a dumb thing to say on stage while trying to ‘prove’ to us that he is actually close to the celebrant. As a sharp nigga, 2face quickly dissociated himself from the separation saga by saying all what transpired between the former Mo’hit top dogs was none of his business. ‘E no concern me’ he announced loudly. 2face also demonstrated great wisdom by saying that he can’t separate Don jazzy and Dbanj in his head, and called on both of them to make one more hit. Dbanj seems to be very excited about this and from his body language, he really wants it to happen. Whether Don Jazzy, one of the best music producer in Nigeria, would make this happen is what no one can tell. 6)You must pay your dues if you really want success Hearing the stories of several of the artistes who came on stage at the ceremony, you could tell that they have paid their dues in previous years and deserve to enjoy their successes. MI yabbed that Bovi was once the P.A. of both Alibaba and AY. If this is true, then Bovi has definitely paid his dues by serving those guys, who are now his colleague in the comedy industry. Basketmouth also mentioned how he used to stay with Alibaba and washed his four cars every day, while learning the comedy business under him. He has also paid his dues. Even the celebrant, 2face, has come a long way and paid his dues, from his days as a member of the plantashun boiz group in the late 1990s to when he went solo. Without doubt, he has now established himself as a Nigerian music legend. I know everyone wants success or a greater level of success. The question is- are you paying your dues? Or have you paid it?. There’s no overnight success. If you really want success so badly in whatever you are doing or plan to do, you must learn the ropes properly, you must work hard and you must be confident to launch out. |

Romance / 11 Signs That Tell You That You Are 'the Other Woman' To Him by Iytech(m): 11:35pm On Sep 16, 2015 |
In this ever changing world, sometimes as a lady you may think that you are your man's better half or only woman when you are in fact the 'other woman' to him. To make things worse you may get to find out this too late ahead when you have completely fallen for him and get really hurt as a result. So today I will reveal a couple of signs that should tell you that you my dear, are just his 'side chick'. PARTIAL ATTENTION- You are only important to him when he 'needs' you, so he probably won't give you any attention when you guys aren't together. He will always claim to be too busy. Very few phone calls, if any at all. KEEPING YOU PRIVATE- You two only meet in private. There will always be a good reason from him each time why you two can't go on a normal date in public. Most men are proud to introduce their women to their friends and family. But you won't be getting any of that. HIS HOUSE IS OUT OF BOUNDS- This mostly applies to married men.You two may have been dating for some months, but you've never gone to his place. He never invites you there. This is probably because he shares it with another woman and doesn't want to get caught. PROTECTIVE OF HIS PHONE- A man who is playing you will be very protective of his phone. When it rings, he either ignores the call or goes to answer it in another room. His phone always has a password, and he may even keep changing the password. MONOTONY- Nothing random ever happens between you two. Random lunches or meetings are out of the question. He has to plan everything. This will give him time to make up good lies to tell his real woman. YOU ARE SIDELINED FOR IMPORTANT OCCASIONS- Events such as Valentines Day, his birthday and generally any holiday that comes by will never have you two doing anything together. After all he spends such days with his main woman. NEVER GETS WORKED UP- Most guys get angry or disappointed when you for example cancel something last minute. But this guy will not. After all if he isn't hooking up with you he has no chances of being caught. So you just made his life easier. KEEPS CANCELLING- You may have planned for a date 2 weeks ago and then he suddenly cancels. This will keep happening. His main woman comes 1st so if she happens to need him you are out of the picture in that moment. HARDLY EVER SPENDS THE ENTIRE NIGHT WITH YOU- This guy will rarely spend the night with you and if he does he will leave very early because his main woman is probably expecting him home. NEVER TALKS ABOUT THE FUTURE- Asking him anything to do with the future of you of two is a complete no-go area. Simply put, this guy doesn't want to think about the future with you because he isn't planning one. YOUR RELATIONSHIP IS ALMOST PURELY PHYSICAL- He will not want to connect with you at an emotional level. When you do get to spend time with him it is usually in between the sheets. So ladies, if you see these signs in your relationship, I advise you to run Usain Bolt style. There's a guy out there that truly deserves you. Never let any man take you for granted, know your worth! |

Culture / Re: How Adamawa Governor Sat In Atiku's House (Photo) by Iytech(m): 12:10pm On Aug 29, 2015 |
Such culture could encourage negative stuff and I believe some traditions are better abolished. There are many more ways to show respect for elders without having to sit down on the floor when a good chair is empty. Atiku could easily pocket the whole of Adamawa state and nothing will happen. This shows the reason why one single individual should not be allowed to get too powerful or influential in any human system. |

I remember when our little 'puffy' died after being sick, many years ago, my mum wept silently, and in our family devotion, my uncle prayed that God accepts its young soul into dog heaven, if any thing like that ever exists. #The moral lesson of the story is; don't make silly jokes about what a close friend gets emotional about. 3 Likes |
